Wish there was a negative stare rating - I am SOOOOO mad about this. They took the money quick - & I didn't have a problem with the time it took for the glasses to me. I do, however, have a VERY LARGE problem with the lenses. I provid a copy of a current prescription. This was NOT a $75.00 pair of glasses - They are SO incorrect. I am too mad to write this review at the moment. I am sure they have gotten something right, just not mine. WOW! When wearing, one of my eyes looks three times bigger than the other.
I have some expensive frames that are my favorites, but had a new prescription. Got my glasses with my new prescription yesterday, and I love them. Great job! The only suggestion I have is related to the process/communication - hence my 4 stars. I sent my frames in only to learn later there was a measurement I needed that required me to be wearing my frames. I contacted Lensabl, and they said they were able to make the glasses without that measurement based on a different measurement I submitted - which was great - but they should have taken the "Information required" flag off of my account which would have prevented my slight frustration and need for me to reach out.
Took twice as long as was told it would take. When I reached out to inquire about the delay the response was that they started over in the production of my lenses because the first attempt resulted in poor quality and they wanted to give me good quality lenses. Poor communication. No update in status on website until I specifically asked about the delay.
Lens blurry near and far, either wrong rx on my part or error in production, need sorted out b/c I am so excited about the Bose component, instruct me where to send for a fix. Kris McGrath MD *******500. I put in 2 e-mails to your support center and no response.

So I had frames from 5 years ago and the company, SuperDry has since stopped making frames for glasses. When my lenses cracked, I decided to get an eye exam. I was skeptical and looked at glassesUSA, EyeBuyDirect etc. And decided I love my frames too much to find a new pair, blind, on the internet, hoping they look good. The price was about the price of new frames and glasses, but I also need super high 1.74 index because of my prescription strength. It took a little while and my account still says "ready to ship" even though I have my glasses (purchased 8/9 received 8/30). They. Are. Beautiful! They actually sparkle, my frames had not so much as a piece of dust on them, and they just look and feel fabulous. I would absolutely say they're worth the price and may send my other frames in (my prescription sunglasses and my other frames for a backup pair). They were packaged well, came with a little cleaning kit, and a new collapsible case. Thanks lensabl! And thank you to Bose for partnering with them for their glasses. The reason I picked lensabl was because 1. I love my frames and 2. Bose partners with them and is reputable.

I had no idea what to expect in getting my ray ban lenses replaced with prescription, but this was easier than I could have imagined. The service took about 3 weeks total for me, and now I can wear my favorite frames again!
Lensabl took my non-prescription sunglasses and installed my single vision, distance prescription lenses in the brown colored lenses that I requested. And, at a reasonable cost ~ $100. The craftsmanship and quality are top notch! I'm a happy customer and would recommend their service to friends and family.

I was a little hesitant about trying an online service like this, but I have been needing new sunglasses for quite a while now so I decided to give them a try. I received my progressive bifocal sunglasses yesterday, and they are perfect. Their measuring technique is perfect (and quite a technological trick). I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend Lensabl.
When my optometrist told me that I needed to go somewhere else to get my new glasses because of COVID-19, I was stunned. What am I going to do now? I needed an update on my prescriptions! Luckily, I researched online glasses online and found Lensabl. The price was appealing but I wasn't sure if I could trust buying lenses online. Since I had no choice, I gave it a try. I entered the prescription information that my optometrist gave me, paid for the replacement lenses, and then requested an envelope so that I could send my glasses to Lensabl. I have 8 pairs of glasses that I like but I sent my least favorite pair, just in case this went bad. I believe it took about 2 weeks to get them back but they are perfect. They even returned my original lenses (which I'm throwing away)! Lensabl is a great company and I will definitely use them again. Their customer service is top notch and they keep you in the loop throughout the entire process. Thank you!

I sent my sons frames to have lenses put in and they sent them back with zero prescription. Just plain lenses. I didn't realize it for a month since I wasn't the one wearing them. They did correct the issue but when the new glasses were sent back, they got it wrong again! Prescription was set too low on the lenses so the glasses are yet again unusable. Definitely will not be using them again.
This company is great! Great staff, great service, everything about it was truly wonderful, however, when I received my glasses and put them on I noticed a weird smudge on the left lens that I thought I could wipe away. I don't know what it is but it won't go away and I can constantly see it when I have my glasses on.

After waiting almost a month for my glasses to arrive - and dealing with a surprising amount of small frustrations along the way - when I finally received them, the prescription was 100% wrong. Let me say that again - my prescription was 100% wrong. I can barely see out of either lens. When informed about this, Lensabl had no interest in making this right. What I requested was a refund since I haven't had glasses for over a month (I lost my only pair of prescription glasses) and simply can't wait for another month - but nor do I trust them to fix the issue! I will be spending this morning at my local Lenscrafters (where I should have gone to begin with!) starting the process from scratch. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company since Lensabl seems to have no interest taking responsibility for this terrible service but I will never again be using this company. THE WORST!
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
