After receiving my glasses from lensabl, the lenses were very off. I followed support's instructions, sent in new pictures so that they could remake the lenses, and now they're even worse! I have no confidence that after i get lenses back from here that they will work as they are supposed to

Further, I was surprised that my glasses passed quality assurance given the workflow displayed on your website includes a step for "Final production and inspection." Shipment was good and gets 1 star.
The quality of these lenses far exceeded my expectations. My novelty headphone-eyeglasses were meant to be backups, but these lenses are so much better than my primary pair that these are my new go-to. I had a little problem communicating with the company--but this seems to be more detrimental for them than the customer as they prepared and shipped my glasses quickly. The product status on their site was never updated, leading to some anxiety on my part. But the customer service team was very friendly and responsive.
I have always paid a premium for the best progressive lenses and materials available when ordering lenses at my local optometrist. Up until now I have only used them to order new lenses for my various frames. I had a frame I really liked and decided to send the frames to Lensable. The results are terrific - high quality progressive lenses with great clarity throughout the progressive prescription range and at less than one half the price I was paying for similar quality locally. I will have future "face furniture" for Lensabl to work on!
I had a favorite pair of prescription glasses that the lens were an older prescrip and getting scratched and then my new dog decided to chomp on them. Luckily he didn't hurt the frames and I got replacement lens. I just received them yesterday and I love them and they were packaged so nicely and it didn't take too long to receive them back. The online info needed ahead of time was easy also. I would definitely recommend them and I would also use them again. Thank you Lensabl!

I have great looking Ray-Ban aviator sunglasses no longer produced. I wanted to get the polarized lenses replaced with prescription polarized lenses. Ray-Ban directed me to LensCrafters. While the local outlet had very cordial and helpful personnel, they were unable to offer assistance. Lensabl said that they could do the job. I took a chance and trusted them and they came through. The process was as advertised, the communication better than expected, the results exceeded my expectations. Congratulations and many thanks to Lensabl.
I wanted to put reading lenses into my daughter's old eyeglass frames, which I liked and looked good on me. The ordering process was simple and I am happy with the glasses--nice clear lenses. I accidentally paid for the lenses with the wrong credit card, but they were able to change the billing card for me, which I really appreciated.
I purchased Lens for my son. After receiving them he couldn't wear them for any amount of time. His vision in them was distorted. Sent them back to get fixed. When received second time he had the same problem. Took them to the eye doctor to have her check them and the prescription was wrong. They were made stronger than his prescription. She questioned whether we had blue light lens which we had paid for. Also said with his prescription he needed the highest quality of lens material in order to not have distortion. I plan to contact sales person to ask for a full refund. Eye doctor is remaking lens for us.
I sent 2 pairs of glasses for new lenses. 1 regular, one 1 sunglasses. After 10 days I e-mailed Lensable and learned the lab broke sunglass frames. I had to find a source for replacement frames. To make a long story short it took several e-mails, all initiated by me, to get my lense order completed. Lensable made no efforts to iniate any contact with me to keep me informed about the status of my glasses. The positive part of my experience was Lensable paid for the replacement cost of my sunglass frame. Additionally, the quality of the replacement lenses is excellent.
It was much easier than I expected to get prescription lens put in my super cute sunglasses. I had checked with two local optometrists and they wouldn't do it, but Lensable did and they look awesome! The price was reasonable too, as I really wanted progressive lens, even for my sunglasses.

There's not enough space here, so I'll just point you to the numerous emails I exchanged with support (case *******). If you can't see it, let me know and I'll forward the complete thread. In short, after a lot of convincing, Lensabl decided to redo_one_ lens of my specs and not the other. They only decided to polish the edges of the other lens. I had indicated to support that only redoing both lenses would be acceptable to me. I finally gave in and let them do just one lens.
And the result is as I expected. The new lens (right) looks significantly better that what was there before. There are no gaps and the white border is much less than what the previous lens had. Unfortunately, since Lensabl declined to redo both lenses, the left side lens still has a white border. Only the border is a little less conspicuous since it was polished, but it is clearly visible. I now have a pair of >$200 glasses that are asymmetric and have a wide white border on one lens and a much thinner border on the other. This is my third pair of glasses done at Lensabl. The next time I need lenses, I will take my chances with a different company, thank you.

I had a good overall experience but the communication and data handling left a lot to be desired. I couldn't see my order info on any of my accounts, nor got any emails with updates unless i asked for them or it was a day or three later of said update anyways. Other than that it was good work, just not happy about being left in the dark with my purchase through the fulfillment period.
Need a reply to my email about mistakes in order. Terrible experience so far but have four pair of perfect glasses before this mixup
I didn't want to go into a store due to Covid, and none of the frames I found online fit my narrow face. So I got my prescription from my doctor, entered it into the website, and sent off my old frames. Easy as pie and they look great!

July 2 I ordered bifocal lens replacement and it arrived August 22nd 8 weeks later. The Rx seems to be correct.
I have a couple other frames which need new lenses but I'm not sure you are up to the job. Two months is too long to wait. One pair is a frame I use for shooting, and I only need to replace one lens with single vision Rx. The other is a bifocal sunglasses.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
