I shipped in my favorite pair of sunglasses and they added my prescription lenses. They came in a timely manner and I am very happy with my purchse

I reached out with a question about my order and the response was quick and helpful. I love my new prescription glasses!

I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses from Lensabl and Goodr. I picked a pair of mirrored-lens sunglasses. While customizing the lenses through Lensabl, the sunglass lens option was listed as mirrored. When my sunglasses arrived in the mail, the mirrored lenses were separate from the sunglasses themselves (the lenses were tinted dark only). I contacted customer service to ask why the product I received didn't match with what I ordered. Customer service apologized, said they would give me 10% off my order for inconvenience, and asked me to ship it back. When I received my sunglasses for the second time, they were exactly the same--still not mirrored, just tinted dark.

I'm assuming my prescription (around -5.50 in both eyes) made the lenses simply too thick to make them mirrored. Some upfront communication when I'm customizing the desired product would have made a huge difference; e.g. a little asterisk that said "if your prescription is > -5.0, we may not be able to accommodate your request." The customer service rep also did not say anything about not being able to make the lenses mirrored; they just requested I ship it back. For an item and service that cost a HEFTY amount of money, I expected better communication around my expected product.

Always very pleased with GOODRs. I had purchased a prescription lense pair before and this time took 3x longer to ship.

It was easy - the instructions were clear when I needed to send more details. I might order another one!

I understand the need to control costs, but I respect the companies that have live customer support

The processing time for my order was much more than originally quoted. It took a full month to get prescription Goodr sunglasses. I'll just go somewhere local next time.

Great affordable lenses. I received my frames back with my nee rx lenses and couldn't be more happier.

Easy to upload prescription and get the information needed to make my lenses, was able to use my own frames. Got the new glasses in about two weeks. Would like to get sunglasses next.

Used multiple times without issues. However, last time they broke the frames but they found a new frame and replaced it and the lenses.

Sent my frames and my prescription.2 weeks later received my lenses in the new frames. They are just as good as my Oakley made rx lenses and 1/2 the price. Totally recommend.

Just okay. Prices are comparable to my local optical office. No real savings for buying online. Should include an eyeglass case for the price you charge.

I thought my glasses were a goner. Even Oakley told me they couldn't be repaired. Lensabl put a new lease on life to my sunglasses. I will use them again for all my sunglasses.

No other place can make lenses to fit my circus sunglasses! I'm so happy lensabl does!
