So, I realize it may have been an autofill issue with google on my end for my mailing address, but there was no house number on my shipping address for the glasses, only the street. Looks like it was still mailed anyway, and no one reached out to confirm. Now USPS is saying my package is "Delivered"... but I'm not sure to where, so looks like that was money down the drain for both the glasses and for the prescription. Disappointed.
Well, I am very impressed with the eyewear at Lensabl.
While communication as to when the glasses would be delivered was a failure, The glasses are fantastic.

Like my title and Tina Turner's hit song, my Lensabl experience was simply the best! The on-line support was timely, terrific and clear. They kept me in the loop the entire time. They met delivery expectations and the clarity and quality of the lenses were far superior to any Warby experience I've had over the years. This first pair of lenses in my beloved Tom Ford frames is only the beginning. I'll be sending other pairs right away.

***Let me preface this by saying that the Products (both lenses and frames) are EXCELLENT and that this review is SOLELY about Customer service or lack there of ***
So after buying a pair of Bose Tenor Sunglasses w/ RX lenses and encountering some of the WORST/NON-EXISTENT Customer Service, I decided to buy from them again.
This time I bought Bose Alto Frames w/RX clear lenses for everyday use. Once again, the Customer Service was TERRIBLE!
This company does NOT reach out to their customers to relay any info... UNTIL the customer enquires... Example of this... I placed my order on 1/9/2021. On 1/16/2021, the site said my order would be shipping out within 3 Business days. On 1/25/2021 I sent an email (NO PHONE NUMBER SUPPLIED TO CONTACT THEM) to try and find out when EXACTLY my glasses would be shipping. They responded hours later that they asked the lab and would let me know. Hours later I received another email stating that when the glasses shipped that I would receive an email update... GUESS WHAT... No update ever came and my glasses arrived yesterday (1-27-2021).
I've never purchased lenses online and I did some comparison and reviewed a few other sites and by far I believe your prices were the most reasonable and the care and which might purchase arrived was very impressive and thank you for the additional care items and I love the box in which my glasses are to be capped when not in use it could almost double as a very expensive coin purse thank you and I hope to be able to provide another pair for you that I would like implemented with prescriptive lenses.
First, the delivery was not in the 6 business day window that was promised.
Second, although the prescription is very good, the focal point for the reading lense (progressive lenses) is WAY to low in the lense. I must tilt my head very awkwardly to read, making them uncomfortable and practically unusable.
Third, they came with black marks on the lenses I assume for assembly?
I would like to return them.
Love my new BOSE tempo glasses the prescription is dead on but the TRANSITION XTRAACTIVE are totally useless. Total disappointment, dies absolutely nothing against shading your eyes in the sun other than that love them
Lensabl has been great. I've used them on six pairs of frames now and had absolutely no issues at all. I've replaced old lenses in vintage frames and put new ones in brand new frames. It's WAY less expensive than going to my optometrist and the quality is the same! So glad I found them. Will definitely continue to use them in the future!
My order was somewhat complex. I needed reading lenses for a pair of Bose Frames. The order needed some conversation with the opticians at Lensabl and they responded quickly and directly to my concerns. It was a wonderful and personable experience and I thank everyone from Lensabl for their help.
My husband and I both have used Lensabl in the past but never again! My last order for my husband was placed for 2 pair of nothing special glasses on 11/27/2020. It is now 1/8/2021 and I have not received them. The only way to reach them is via email or message they do have a phone but no one is available to answer! The standard reply is "I will check with the lab and update". Their website says my order will ship in 3 days... it has said that for 3 weeks. They claim COVID will not affect production. I am wondering if perhaps they are going out of business? You pay upfront, something is definately wrong
I understand that sometimes there is a problem with the production of new lens but the communication to me was lacking about the delay. Perhaps an additional discount would be warranted? I am planning on putting new lens in this year.
My frames needed new lenses badly. I wanted an easy service that offered a fast turnaround. Lensabl offered expedited shipping both ways and an excellent selection of lens upgrades. I chose anti-fog coating because I always have issues while wearing a mask in public. Overall, im highly satisfied with this professional service and will be sending in other frames in the future.
I love my new transition lenses. What sets this company apart for me is not only the great quality of the lenses but also their service and professionalism. The frames I sent in for new lenses are rare and expensive, when I received them back there was some damage to the frames. Lensabl not only immediately took full responsibility for this but they also located brand new identical frames, purchased them and re-made the order. I am so impressed with this company that it's my pleasure to recommend them and write this review. Outstanding company and a special shout-out to Rhinna, she was amazing. The Covid virus made this the perfect time to try an online eyeglasses order. I really didn't know how it would turn out. I'm happy to say it was a very good experience for me. Easy to order and I always have old frames that can be given a new life. The new lenses are spot on. Job well done.

Horrible and very bad. I have never wore this kind of bifocal lenses which are separated in one glass. I cant see it clearly and everything is moving. It is waste of my money.

After waiting a month to receive my progressive eyeglasses, they are defective. I have to push a tissue under the bridge to get the right height for reading. Also, when I move my eyes from side to side, the periphery is blurred.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
