Great. I can see. Thank you for the lensabl case and cleaning kit, however upon closer inspection of my glasses, I see two circular markings on the top outer corners of each lens that cannot be wiped off. Bummer.

Initial frames I sent in were broken during production (Things happen) I was given the opportunity to pick out new frames. Received new frames an lenses yesterday, lenses have a gap on the left eye between nose piece, not a huge deal, but quality control is lacking. Jayme however was professional and responsive.
Needed prescription lenses put in my new Maui Jim sunglass. Local store was going to charge me over $400. Read positive reviews and thought why not try. Process was smooth and way cheaper and most importantly prescription and glasses are A+++++

I opened the box to find only one pair of glasses. They were the reading glasses. Missing were the sunglasses. There is no information of where they are. It is difficult to get in touch with you to ask questions. Emails are not returned in 24 hours all the time. I think it takes too long to do this in the future.
I sent my glasses in for 1.67 lenses and they were returned with nice thin lenses.
I sent an indentical frame with identical prescription in for 1.74 lenses and they were returned with SUPER THICK lenses. After contacting customer service I'm told the THICK lenses are in fact 1.74index! Complete lie. They offered to refund 50 dollars and remake in 1.67 which should match identical to my current 1.67 lenses but they are returned with seemingly the SAME THICK LENSES. This company is a complete Fraud. Stay away if you value your time, money and dignity.
This order was the third order I've done in two years. Lensabl has my prescription on file and yet I still have to provide the info. You can't call them they only email you and it is slow. I paid for faster shipping. Nope. The order process took two weeks and don't provide updates or tracking information. I was hoping that the process would improve but it hasn't.
Working with Lensabl was fast and easy. They clearly explain the entire process and provide instructions for every step of the way. Once I shipped my DL frames to Lensabl, the process only took about 2 weeks from start to finish and I received a beautiful pair of sunglasses (using my DL frames.) The price for the lenses was very reasonable. I'm very pleased with Lensabl.
This was not the experience or quality I hoped for. The description was that this would take a couple days. I paid for the overnight shipping each way to minimize the shipping time. I shipped my frames in the overnight package provided. My frames didn't ship back to me for 16 days. And when they did they were shipped normal USPS and took another 6 days to arrive. All told it took 25 days from the date of my order to get a set of readers that were promised in just over a week, and that's with an up-charge for overnight shipping to make it quick. Upon arrival the lenses are low quality and will be little use to me. They are much thicker and heavier than the lenses in my other glasses even though I paid the up-charge for the supposedly thinner and lighter weight lenses. And these are just readers. I shudder to think what prescription lenses would be like. I will not be using lensabl again.
Bad, bad. Your communications are real bad. First, at the time one place an order you do NOT say that you do NOT send emails or phone calls or texts if there is an issue with the order, I found the hard way, after I placed the order it was placed on hold for lack of information but I only found about it 10 dasy after i placed the order by login in to the web page. Then you made my lenses WRONG, both pairs! Return one pair. Since it was your mistake I asked if you could expedite fabrication and shrten fabrication and delivery time. I was told THAT was not possible... Decided to check status online about 3 or 4 days later to find out the order was again on hold due to lack of information... since you NEVER answer the phone, it takes at least two days to get an answer... then I was told that the order was NOT on hold, the information posted on your web page was wrong, no problem with the order, I was told. Why the wrong information? Just to upset even more an already upset customer? It seems you DONNOT CARE your customer cannot see well because your bad performance?
I was searching to save my really expensive frames and replace the prescription lenses. Where I bought them originally the replacement was double what Lensabl was offering. So I thought this was a great chance to try something new. Pretty good experience, over the holidays from signing up to sending my frames and receiving finished product was about 3 weeks. After week 2 I did not see progress on the website, so I reached out via the website. The turnaround was great, I had my repaired glasses within 7 business days. Great recovery, I love my new old glasses again! Thanks.
It is very difficult to communicate with this company. No way to call ad speak with a human. It takes days to get a response by email. I had to ask if my items had been shipped and request a tracking number. USPS lost my order. I had to tell them to refund my money before they decided to overnight my order by UPS. It took about a month for me to get my order. I am very disappointed.
I have not tried the lenses yet. I sent my Bose altos in to get a progressive lens put in. They received them on dec21. They are committed to a 6 day turnaround time. It's Jan 12
The status indicator shows the stages... it just never moved and always indicated 6 business days... for the last Three weeks. They are ver responsive to email and I have been told
1. It will ship in 3 business days
2. There was a quality control issue
3. We are on it.
Finally last Friday I said I was going to block my credit card and dispute it. Today jan11th they said it was shipped and their website updated to say it shipped. I won't be using them again. Not even a we are sorry for making you wait. A cheery email that they shipped it was what I got.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
