Was so shocked and disappointed with what I received from Lensabl.com I ordered lenses for my Bose Frames Tempo because Bose.com has a Lensabl link on their site. I trust Bose that is why I ordered on Lensabl.com Within 2 week time I received the disgustingly cut lenses absolutely not fit for Bose Frames. I tried other changeable lenses for Bose Frames and all of them was ok but not lenses from Lensabl.com What else, I ordered non-prescription lenses but having looked through lenses I became suspicious and visited a local optician to exam them. The lenses exam pictures attached below. No any envelop proving that I received what I ordered! Not envelop proving that these Transition Xtractive lenses Essilor made. Lensabl roposed me to remake lenses. A remake means new lenses from the new lens material, not fixing faulty ones. If a remake then I would agree if you make me new lenses for a new frame. That was Lensabl.com fault. And they proposed to remake lenses for the same frame. No! I don't need lenses for Bose Frames anymore! If you don't remake new lenses from new lenses material I will not accept it! I am going to send back your faulty lenses paying for return and I want a full refund! Not a refund I will go through the PayPal resolution centre! I have never thought that a company linked to Bose.com would make this disgusting quality product and what is more even does nothing to get excuse!
I have used lensable three times now to put new prescription lenses in old glasses and each time they have turned out perfectly. And for much less than my local eyeglass store. Couldn't b happier.
It was so easy to order just what I wanted for night driving. CR39 lenses for clarity and Crizal coating for glare in a single vision lens. Will definitely use Lensabl again.

Lensabl had the best website for online ordering of new high-index progressive lenses for my old frames. I tried other sites but only Lensabl let me enter all prescription values - SPH, CYL, AXIS, ADD, PD (for DIST and NEAR), and SH. Their site had the best instructions too. The order came with a printable prepaid USPS shipping label. In less than three weeks I'm back in my new old pair of glasses and have never seen better. Great product, service, and value!
The online order is easy, but I find that the order takes way too long to arrive. I've also had problems with the way I see it through the lenses. In that case they should be redone at no cost to me.
Look, I ordered my glasses just about 6 months ago. I barely received them about 2 weeks ago. Why does this deserve a 5 star you say? Well first off, my first pair of glasses were stolen via transport. After I figured that out with my carrier, Lensabl was eager to get things going. But after they messed up my package and shipped them to the wrong person, they offered to replace my glasses free of charge. Which is something that literally MOST companies will not provide without some charge. That being said, they worked on my glasses and got them to me ASAP. That, my dear readers, is amazing customer service. If you think that's $#*!ty, you probably have no empathy and are a bit entitled to having everything going your way, which hopefully you know by now as adults, life does not work that way. I recommend this company 100x rather that going to any company owned by Luxottica Group, who charge you obscene prices for the same deal. Don't be stupid, if it takes longer, it's worth it. Don't pay $400 for the same product people.
These gasses were delayed several times and every time i emailed a request for a refund there was no response other than "We are working on your glasses" I didnt want to glasses anymore as they took far too long to receive. I WANTED MY DAMN MONEY BACK! YOU IGNORED ME! When my glasses showed up they didnt fit anyway. I reached out and was told that only the frames could be refunded. You shills purposely waited for me to have the glasses in hand so you could tell me that was policy. I. WANT. MY $#*!ING. MONEY. BACK!
Prescription was right on but the fit of one lens was just a bit loose. Not so much that I think it will fall out, but enough that when I clean the lens I can feel it move.
3 points I want to make after a year and a half later post Lensabl order:
1. I had realized at some point that there was a different screw on my glasses and the last time I had taken it in was when I had sent my glasses to get my lens replaced to Lensabl. The friction on one side was loose and I couldn't tell why and it is because they might have lost the original screw and replaced it with one of their own... highly disappointed.
2. When I had placed my order on 12/21/2021, the progress of my lens kept saying it was at the lab for almost a month and that is when I reached out to customer service. They responded and provided me with the incorrect tracking number, and then once I was in contact with them my glasses were finally in progress to be shipped back to me. It seemed as if they forgot to either update the order or ship it out to me when it might have been ready a while ago.
3. I thought my eyesight had gotten worse, but I only had these lens replaced a year and a half ago through Lensabl. I recently went to my local optometrist to get my eyes checked and they noted that the astigmatism on my left lens were off. This whole time my lens I received were not correct and I ensured that the numbers submitted on my end were in fact correct from what was shown on my prescription at the time. Despite whether or not it was my user end error or Lensabl since this order was almost a couple of years ago, I wouldn't recommend. Please find and go to a local optometrist if you are able to. You really get what you pay for!

My prescription changed but I loved my glasses. Lensabl was fast and easy to replace my lenses and provided status/ tracking updates and a fancy new glass case. I will use them again
The frames came back to me bent, the nose piece completely dislodged and the bifocal section so low in the lens that it is basically unusable. My case was not returned to me.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!

In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all.
