Initially I was completely satisfied and excited about my new lenses. They were perfect as far as the prescription goes. I was able to see clearly and comfortably. However, the SAME evening I got my glasses, I was wiping them and sure enough noticed a small scratch. I was devastated because I literally just got my new glasses that same day, but I also paid extra and upgraded to scratch resistant. Why is there a scratch THE SAME DAY when all I did was wear my glasses on my face?

I was told by my eye doctor that I couldn't get my prescription in the stoggles I purchased. I reached out to stoggles and they gave me lensabl info. They were able to put my prescription in my stoggles so I can have eye protection for work. They were fast and easy to communicate with. I plan to use them in the future!
I received an email from Jayme saying that my prescription was odd and they weren't sure how to proceed. She asked if I could send a copy of my prescription so they could make sure to get it right. After I sent the copy it was seeming to me to take a long time before I was getting my glasses, so I emailed Jayme and she let me know where I was in the process and she also let me know when they shipped. I appreciated her helping me.
I love lensbal and am a very loyal customer. This order, not so much. I paid to have the lenses changed after not having a lense reading. After going to an optical shop and having the frames measured for my sight, the frames and lenses that I recieved were way off. I left the country and was not able return them in the two week time frame. I guess I am stuck with them. A very expensive experience.
I ordered the Mermaid Abalone and wood sunglasses. I sent them in to Slyk's affiliate Lensable and uploaded my prescription online. Now I have crystal clear indoor glasses that magically become pink mirror sunglasses that adjust perfectly to bright light. They are amazing!
BLUF: Do not try to be cheap and order thick lenses if you are purchasing lenses for your Razor sunglasses. Get the thin lens.

I ordered prescription lenses for my Anzu Razor Sunglasses. I made a mistake and assumed Razor and Lensabl consulted with each other and that Lensabl knew the exact specifications of the lens that would best fit the frames. This was because Razor advertises discounts at lensibl for purchasing Razor bluetooth sunglasses. The lens were too thick for the frame and I could not return them because of policy and I agreed to accept the risk there would be discrepancies if I did not send the frames in. Customer service emailed and explained all of this but I was too stubborn and wanted to insert the lenses myself. After all, the frames were designed to pop lenses in and out...

My wife sent her sunglasses to Land Sabor for prescription lenses. After about a week they contacted her and said they broke the frames. They started over with new frames and broke the second pair. Then they said they would replace the sunglasses but we have yet to receive them even though they said they would send them and she would receive them in two business days. We would not recommend Lensable.
BUYER BEWARE! I sent my sunglasses in for mirrored prescription lenses on 05/07/21. I did not get them back until 07/02/21 and they were not mirrored. I had the most difficult time getting a hold of anyone in customer service throughout the entire ordeal. And 10 days later they have yet to respond about refunding me the upcharge for mirror coating. Take my advice, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
