First of all, the communication is horrible. The "live chat" is an odd lie where they actually just send an email when you try to chat. Why even pretend to have it? Questions went unanswered repeatedly. They far exceeded the time estimated to return the goggles, and glibly ignored inquiries as to status and why the delay. Problems with the measurements were not brought to my attention until far into the process, again with no explanation. Overall, a frustrating experience.
Not awesome experience. The process took far longer than I thought it would. When I inquired about where my glasses were I was told that there was a problem and they were still being worked on. I was not given any more information than that. I did not get them in time for what I needed them for. Disappointing experience

This whole process was wonderful! Rhinna was absolutely wonderful to work with (via email) to answer all my questions. I only went to the Lansabl site to check out what they did and had to offer, needless to say, it was a sale! It may take a bit for my eyes to adjust to them, but I love my sunglasses! I would highly, highly recommend!
I didn't really know what to expect having used a different online contact site before that just failed, but man I am so glad I used Lensabl. I did the online Rx test and ordered contacts. I had my Rx within 24 hrs and after ordering my contacts they were at my house in less than 3 days - which is amazing for where I live. Will definitely continue to purchase from Lensabl.

I have perscription Under Armour Battle wrap sun glasses that I use every day. They were scratched and the script was about 4 years old. A new pair was going to be around $450. They put new lenses in it for less than half that. Perfect! They are so crisp it took me a while to get used to them... but that's a good thing! Will do it again when needed!

It was a good experience and a great pair of glasses. They are perfect and work to all specifications. But. They did a great job of notifying that my frames had arrived to them. After that it got quiet for weeks. I found a way to at least see when they had been mailed to the lab. But it was a search. Finally, an email that they were on their way. For some (me, I guess) communication is comfort. Maybe an email in the middle of the process to say « All is good » would sell the experience.
Everything was good, except for a hitch in the road. I have used Lensabl before, and was very pleased with the product, so I decided to purchase another set of lenses for my new frames. Moments after I made the order, I realized that the address was incorrect, so I sent a message to customer service to update my address. Customer service confirmed that my address was updated. Weeks went by, and I checked up on the order, only to find that the mailer box was sent to my old address. I messaged customer service about this and they wanted to charge me more money for a new box to be sent out, when it was really their error. It wasn't a lot of money, but the principle of customer service had been acknowledged, and left me a little upset as to why there was a delay in the box. Other than that, I mailed out my frames and received them with lenses to specification. I am happy with the overall product but hope that customer service can improve and have the capacity to do something simple like update an address way before shipping ever takes place.

I ordered progressives and I've sent them back twice because they aren't right (seeing double). The 1st time it took 5 weeks to get them back and they still weren't right. Now I have to send them back again. Very frustrating.
Great Service... the process I have to be completely honest was easy, I liked the tracking feature on the website, and despite taking a little longer than expected once I received my glasses I was very happy with the finished product.
I bought a pair of the bose tempo glasses and needed prescription lenses. No one local would do it. Bose recomended lensable and I'm glad they did. From ordering to sending out my frames then receiving the glasses I couldn't be happier. This is the way to go from now on.
I used lensabl to get Rx lenses put in my Stoggles safety glasses. It took several weeks to get my glasses back. I wish I had gotten a notification when my frames were received by lensabl so at least I would've known they made it there safely. When I finally got them back, the lenses each had a small circular mark/engraving on them in the corner. Weird. It doesn't affect my vision so won't return, especially since I don't want to wait another month to get them back again.
The only problem I had was the delay because it didn't pass their quality control. But this is normal as they want their customers to be satisfied. Their lenses are nice and precisely finished. Totally recommend this website!

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
