I purchased Stoggles and sent the frames to Lensabl. I ordered the blue light protection and the anti-fog for the lenses. However, my glasses still fog up! Even worse than my other glasses! My lenses are prescription too. The strength is good, no problem there. I just need feedback about the anti-fog and why mine still fog up.

I like a light tint on my lenses and had a local old guy that ran a small shop and he did them for years. His business was a Covid casualty and I was left searching for a replacement. After coming up empty locally, I went online and stumbled across Lensable, they said they could match my tint and the cost was only about a hundred bucks! Figured I would role the dice and I'm glad I did. Perfect match on the tint and color!
Slow service, buggy site, tracker that actively lies to you. Customer service that wastes a week of your time just to blame you. Took over a month to get my glasses back, only for the prescription to be wrong in one lens due to the site's buggy prescription input. They even subtly hint that it's broken by saying the most accurate way is to send in a photocopy of your prescription. The order tracking page said they received my glasses days before USPS actually delivered it to them. It then said "Estimated ship date in 6 days" for three whole weeks. The order page has an "Edit Prescription" button that apparently doesn't actually mean anything, because I caught the error before my glasses were being worked on and edited the prescription, but clearly it didn't mean anything since my order still came out incorrect. To add insult to injury, when my incorrect glasses came back over a full month after I placed my order, customer service wasted an entire week of my time to investigate and say it was my fault (not even properly attaching the "evidence" that it was my fault in the email). I'm just glad they didn't try to charge me full price again just to fix one lens.

The review defaults to 5 stars. This is a ONE STAR review. The first time I used Lensabl, it was fast and inexpensive. This time it took right at a month. An email asking about the timeline took almost a week to even get an initial response. The lenses are fine, not the best I have ever had. I get lots of email from Lensabl about discounts, but of course I did not get a discount on my lenses. I think I will seek another source next time. I originally gave them e stars on this review, but if they default it to 5, I give them one and will certainly never use them again.
I sent out my $300 dollar Bose frame to them so they can attach the lenses on to it and send them back and they sent me back the lenses without my gram and haven't replied to any of my emails or calls since it's been three days now I'm trying to find a lawyer or something to get my glasses back
So happy with my custom lenses! I picked up a por of cute vintage glasses from the thrift and Lensabl put my prescription in them for me! They were also super communicative and helpful when I emailed them to update my prescription after submitting and mailing the frames. Thanks so much, I'm loving my new glasses:-)
Tried this on a whim to salvage some old favorite frames, and they did a great job! The whole process was really fast and easy.
I had used Lensable before on progressive lens replacement and I thought the service was useful and cost effective. My husband needed new glasses and I wanted to use lensable as I thought it was a cost/time effective option. The lens process took almost 2 months and the zone of progression is extremely narrow and my husband does not enjoy his new glasses at all. He told me he'll never do this option for glasses again. I was dumbfounded and disappointed by the experience and I don't blame him for his opinion.
I got an e-mail that it took a bit longer because there was some imperfection, and apparently they took that time and did nothing because there's some marks on the top left corner. I paid for the most expensive setting on each, and my lenses are thick as goggles. They do not look as clear as my optician. Further, the blue-light blocking makes the glasses look ancient like I am wearing my father's blue-tinted glasses. I will be reaching out to see what they can do, but in the future, I think I will just go to my local optician.

I tried them out as they were one of two online sellers offering Transitions Gen 8, and not only were the cheaper of the two, but also had better online features such as the virtual try-on and face detection for frame size measurement. I interacted with customer service to upgrade my shipping priority, which they handled quickly without issue. I received my new glasses in 5 days, and was instantly pleased by the reinforced packaging and superb quality of the frames and lenses. They feel great on my face, and despite my prescription not changing since my last pair, I can see much more clearly than before (and I clean my glasses daily). Lenabl was a wonderful experience for me. I will definitely be back in the future, and I have already recommended them to my family.
I send safety glasses off for prescription lenses, pretty urgently as I work in healthcare. It took over a month to get them back, no follow-up or explanation. I had to reach out for updates (the only form of communication is email so responses are not timely either)! When I asked for a refund it was ignored.
An absolute service, perfection and awesomeness, this is the best thing that i did which i never tried before to get lenses applied to my frames online by only providing information online that you get from your doctor, their customer service was friendly top notch answer solutions within a day to response back. Im happy with it and i do recommend it big time fast delivery took less than a week to arrive with fully packed box with case and cleaning lens. Cant be thankful enough for this quality service.
I wasn't able to find a place which would change out the lens in my favorite pair of sunglasses. I looked online and found Lensabl. Process was so simple and I got my glasses back good to go! Very excited! Would definitely use Lensabl again. Very smooth and easy, and great quality.

The process was very drawn out. I had to jump through a lot of hoops sending and resending pics. I wasn't updated as often as I would expect. My glasses finally arrived and they make me dizzy when I put them on. Something isn't centered correctly.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
