I am always satisfied with lens.com. I have been using them for years. I have seen them add different products over the years. I usually pay $160 per eye for my RGP lenses. I pay only $29.95 per eye for my RGP lenses. I have never had any problems. I always request quick delivery so I am not seeing out of one eye for too long.

Ordering was easy, prices have gone up 31% since my last order however and the color of the lenses (supposed to be Forest Green) was not consistent with my last order of Paragon HDS lenses in the same color. I took pictures side by side and the new lenses are clearly NOT the same color (much lighter. I am disappointed by that as I really liked the way the Forest Green enhanced my green eyes. These look like the basic green tint from over a decade ago.
Received old lenses that expire within one year. It's 2024 and they were manufactured in 2020. Called customer service at Lens.com, and they said too bad, we don't sell fresh lenses, and we only guarantee one year before they expire. I said that I only wear my lenses once a week, so the 90 pack I received will expire too soon for me. Customer service said, oh well, that's our policy. I do not recommend Lens.com based on that disappointing experience.

Lens.com offers a full money back guarantee. This is false. Lenses must be in original 'factory sealed' condition, which essentially means you cannot try them on. The lenses I received were blurry, and yes, the company resent another lens, but unfortunately blurry as well. Now I've asked for my money back, nothing but the runaround. Very displeased with this place and will not return.
I received my contacts & even though the prescription was there the 2 boxes were NOT labeled.
