Been waiting 5+ months to be issued $160 rebate. Rebate is 50% of order total which is why I chose lens.com in the first place, for the great price. Waiting this long for no rebate equals bad pricing, so will not be using them again.
Customer service, chat or phone, unable to do anything beyond a $9 credit for future shipping (nice folks for whats its worth but they cannot help).
