It's very convenient and less expensive to order contacts through this company versus my eye doctors office. I've been doing it for several years now; however, in the last year it's gotten harder as the quantity I used to purchase is no longer available so I had to find an alternative. More often than not, the new quantity isn't in stock so I have to wait longer. That said, the customer service is excellent as is the product so I will continue to order through here.

I was looking for a company that could get me an online prescription. The process was smooth to confirm my existing prescription was still OK.
However, The price quoted on the website for contacts was a bit misleading to me. It allowed me to reduce the number of boxes while keeping the same price per box quoted. However, once I got through the entire process, the discount went away because apparently I didn't have a large enough commitment. That wasn't clear early on so at that point I was so far into it, I went ahead anyway. Maybe that's their strategy? Something to watch if you're going to buy a small number of contacts.

I was just about to give up on finding my contacts for a price below $35 a box before finding them here for $10 a box. Even after shipping, my contacts were still $15 cheaper than the next option. I had trouble with my prescription for a second and once I submitted the information they quickly took care of my order.
