I ordered 6 boxes of lenses. When I opened the first one, two lenses were dried out -- they could not be used.
I called customer service requesting two new lenses. They said, "oh no, you have to send the whole box of 6 back." Ok, I follow directions. I now expect them to send me one box with six lenses in it.
Then the fun really started! They refused to send me ANY lenses, nor refund my money! Many many battles and calls later, I finally did get a box of lenses. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Lens.com provides reliable service. One of my contact len prescription was not kept in stock so I had to wait for about 10 days before shipped. Contact lens prices have increased almost 100% over the past two years. This has been a significant problem regarding of contact lens vendor.

I first used lens.com about 9 months ago after getting a high price quote from 1800contacts. 1800contacts does offer free, quick shipping, but lens.com does not. However, considering shipping, the price of the transaction was still lower at lens.com, for the same lenses.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
