Received the lens.com contacts in 5/2017, expiration 11/2018, 18 months, returned.
Technology changing rapidly, want the latest manufactured, on the newest machines.

My present lenses same model / make expire 2/2021.
Let's see how the Costco order goes:-)

Do not bother buying from these people, they're a mess! And do not believe all of those 5-star reviews on their site. What a joke! They MUST be fake, considering their complete incompetence and lack of professionalism, as well as low-quality, defective lenses. They actually have a B- and tons of complaints (71% negative) with the BBB, who is much more reliable than their own website, for sure! That's just 2.94 stars!

The "supervisors" are worse than the employees. One even blatantly LIED about calling me, as she had promised to do, and leaving a voicemail. 1. I had my phone with me at all times, and she did not call. 2. I had no missed calls. 3. My phone is not even set up to receive voicemails! (LIAR! BUSTED!).

Dealing with them was a complete nightmare, and I will NEVER buy from them again. Something that is quick, easy, efficient, and even pleasant with other companies is worse than surgery without anesthesia with them. HORRIBLE COMPANY! They reel you in with supposedly lower prices, but you pay for it big time with blood, sweat, tears, time, and aggravation. Keep those additional 10 years of life and don't deal with these people!

Plus, don't give them your credit card information, and if you already have... watch your account like a hawk, because I wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw them. I'll be filing a complaint with every agency that has anything to do with them as well. They should not be allowed to put customers through this hell.

Saved $10 Took over 2 weeks to process and fuffill order... Dr takes a week... got stuck with 2 day shipping charge... 10 days still not delivered by fed ex... 3 weeks into my order should have stayed with Dr... faster no hassles.

Stupidly, without reading prior customer reviews, I went with Lens.com for the large ($150) rebate on my new contact lenses. Well, that was in late December 2021 and I still haven't received the rebate here in late May 2022. There rebate scam system is ridiculous and I don't buy the covid excuse when you can process rebates with at-home employees very easily. It's called technology. They charge enough up front for the lenses, they can certainly invest in that technology.

Was taking way to long to get here and then called and had them cancel it and the lady never really canceled it so they still took my money and I still have to wait 2 weeks before they come and then have to spend them back and wait even longer to get my money back!

I was a little skeptical at first because they were offering my brand (Air Optix) at less than half the price than my Dr.'s office, but I received my order in less than a week and saved about $160.

I was a little frustrated by the cost of my contact lens so starting looking for alternatives online. Found lens.com... no one could beat their prices so that raised a flag with me. I did some additional research and found they had an A+ rating with BBB so I thought worth a try. I am hooked -- product was great, turnaround with prescription was quick and shipping time was what I expected. LOVE LENS.COM!
