Quick and easy

I have gotten so tired of paying for insurance! Prices of health care related items should be affordable, and this website is exactly what I was looking for. The prices reflect what I would have paid at a box store WITH insurance. Do you have to get a copy of your prescription yourself from an ophthalmologist? Yes. But the great thing is that you can snap a picture of it with your phone and text it to the email address provided. BOOM. If your prescription is taking too long to ship, its probably because your provider is not getting back to the lens.com company in a timely manner (I myself had to wait in line for 45min at the eyecare place just to get my hard copy). Do yourself a favor and have them print it off BEFORE you leave the office. Bottom line, I am so happy I don't have to pay $15 dollars extra every month for eye insurance I no longer need.

They could not be worse

Ordered lens on January 18,2018. After many complaints, I received the lens on FEBRUARY 8,2018. On the bill was a "processing fee" of $22.43. Wow, they took 28 days to deliver the lens and I had to pay almost a dollar a day for processing. The Pony Express used to get mail from New York to San Francisco in less time (in 1820.)

STAY AWAY THIS IS JUST "PROCESSING WEBSITE" THEY JUST GO TO THE MANUFACTURER AND SEND THEM TO YOU. RIPOFF!

I have used Lens.com for quite a few years now. I have always been satisfied with this company. A year or so ago, I became allergic to something in the brand of contacts I was wearing. Didn't realize it was the contacts until finally my doctor put me in a different brand. I had extra boxes of the ones I had grown allergic to and Lens.com took them back and even a box that I had opened and refunded my money for them. I was then able to order the new brand that I needed. I would recommend Lens.com to anyone. And it seems that everyone always takes the time to write a review if something is wrong. Well, I took the time because I feel this company deserves it!

Rebates in 2018... come on just give a str8 forward price, hate sending in rebates waiting and waiting and waiting for process to fulfill. Yeah so some idiots don't bother or forget about the rebate guess that's why... but just be upfront...
Do like the website the reorder process and the lack of nonsense fees and shipping being nuts. Will order again...

I shopped around this time for a good price for contacts and found it with Lens.com. Glad I did as what I paid for the two boxes of 12 was almost what I had paid for one box a year ago from another place. Will be a return customer. I was not in a hurry to get the contacts so I was surprised when they came as soon as they did.

I had my vision checked at a shopko eye clinic, I asked the price of air optix multi focal lens and, was shocked at what they wanted, for 6 pair ( one box) it was outrageous! I then searched online and found lens.com... oh my gosh, there price was unbelievably so much cheaper, that I actually had someone price my type of lens to make sure, the price quoted was really the correct amount! It was, so much less, that I ordered mine immediately!
Shipping was fast. I will definitely re-order from lens.com.
Customer service was polite, and knowledgeable.
I will be telling anyone who needs contacts to check this site out. Thanks lens. Com

Their website was relatively easy to find my desired lenses, check the price and then place the order. Uploading a jpeg photo of my prescription was simple. The order came on time as promised (about a week) and was well packaged and even included a return label in the box in case they needed to be returned. I am very satisfied with my purchase from Lens.com and will use them again, the next time I need more lenses.
