I have been purchasing my contacts from lens.com since December 2017. I only purchase one box of contacts per eye at a time. However, the first time I purchased them I received a discount and the second time I received a $15 rebate. I'm saving almost $60 each time I buy my contacts from lens.com. This doesn't include any discounts or rebates. I always receive my contacts in the mail before the estimated delivery time frame even starts. The only thing I don't like is when I filled out the rebate form, it said it would take 10-12 WEEKS (!) to receive my rebate card. (It's a preloaded credit card.) Otherwise, I have no complaints. I've even referred my boyfriend, who is trying out contacts. If he starts ordering his contacts from lens.com, he'll get $10 off his first order and I'll get a $10 credit on my account, for a future purchase of my contacts. Also, love that I was able to take a picture of my prescription with my cellphone and email it to lens.com. Verification was quick and easy.

Easy online ordering, my prescription was verified within 24 hours, and shipped out shortly thereafter. My only complaint it that it said they would be delivered on Saturday March 3rd but then it kept updating the delivery date until they were finally delivered on March 7th.

This is the updated review for my previous review"Never Never Never again", After 2 weeks waiting, I STILL NOT RECEIVED ANY CHECK! The lens.com just "promised" to refund, but you will never get your refund! Please do not trust the refunding policy. After I submit my first complaints, they admitted that I did return 12 boxes not 4 boxes, they tried to lure me to delete the review. I promised to delete the review after I received the refund. I guess they just don't care any customer feedback.

I have reviewed your account and you are correct in stating that you sent back 12 boxes. You returned 2 boxes from a 2014 order, 6 boxes from a 2015 order, and 4 boxes from a 2017 order. We issued a refund check for the first 8 boxes due to the credit card on the account was expired. The 4 boxes from 2017, we did issue a refund to the credit card, however the refund did not go through. A refund check has been sent for the remaining 4 boxes that you returned. I apologize that you had to contact our customer service department more than once to resolve the issue. However we have contacted you back advising of the issues and the resolution. The refund checks have been mailed and you are receiving a refund for all 12 boxes that were returned. Thank you for choosing Lens.com. We appreciate your business.

I uploaded my Rx and it took quite a while before it was verified and accepted but couldn't delete the old Rx which the system got confused about. I got a series of emails saying the Rx matched the order, then one that said it didn't, then one that said it did, then a notice of shipment, then a notice that the didn't Rx matched. Wow, what a kerfuffle! I also think it's lame that a customer has to fill out a rebate form separately to get a $20 rebate. In this day it should be automatically deducted from the total.

It takes 2 weeks to get contacts through your company. Thats horrible, even for basic shipping. Its 2018. The post office would have gotten it here in 4 days.

Came here to write about my saga but now after seeing the online reviews - i should have read them before buying. Got bad product (not lens. Coms fault of course) - emailed three times with no response. Posted a review on trust pilot and got an immediate call and was told they will send me new lenses. 3-1/2 weeks later with no communication, no lenses - i call and am told they will not have the lenses until the end of the month. I should have paid a few dollars more and used 1-800 as i normally do.

Be aware - - they are not a direct reseller of Coopervision (and most likely other brands of lenses). I contacted coopervision and they have no idea who lens. Com is.

Customer service very helpful as first time my 13 year old daughter is wearing contacts. Speed up process by emailing prescription. Contacts arrived sooner than they stated, which was good, since samples from eye doctor diminished to zero on the same day package arrived. Price seemed competitive. Eye dilemma resolved,
