I uploaded my Rx and it took quite a while before it was verified and accepted but couldn't delete the old Rx which the system got confused about. I got a series of emails saying the Rx matched the order, then one that said it didn't, then one that said it did, then a notice of shipment, then a notice that the didn't Rx matched. Wow, what a kerfuffle! I also think it's lame that a customer has to fill out a rebate form separately to get a $20 rebate. In this day it should be automatically deducted from the total.
