This website provides the best price for contact lenses. I receive them in less than a week every time, and it's all really easy. They even supply info for rebates to make that simple, too! Unless another company comes out that can beat their prices and customer service, I won't be using anyone else!

I ORDERED LENSES FOR A FRIEND, DOUBLE CHECKED PRESCRIPTION, AND WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY WERE WRONG, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO VERIFY THE PRESCRIPTION. I GOT AN RMA #, FILLED OUT THE RETURN FORM, AND CHECKED WRONG ITEM SHIPPED. WHEN i GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THE RECEIVED THEM AND REFUNDED EVERYTHING BUT THE SHIPPING AND PROCESSING THEY TRIED TO SAY i ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM. I WAS MADDER THAN HELL. THEY FINALLY AGREED TO REFUND THE SHIPPING AND PROCESSING BUT STILL SHORTED ME $1.00, I'LL BE CALLING BACK, THE PRINCIPAL YOU KNOW.
ON A SIDE NOTE, THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL SAYS USPS SO THAT'S WHERE I TOOK IT, COME TO FIND OUT IT'S FED EX SMART POST WHICH ADDED ABOUT A WEEK TO THE RETURN WAITING FOR FED EX TO PICK IT UP. I THOUGHT IT GOT LOST AT THE POST OFFICE BECAUSE IT DID'NT SHOW UP ON TRACKING FOR SO LONG.

Best price!

I shopped around before ordering my contact lenses and found that lens.com was the best deal for the same product by at least $50! They had good Better Business Reviews so I took a chance and ordered. I got my lenses in about a week. Everything is in great shape and I'm a satisfied customer. I've already told others to try them and I would definitely order here again.

When I had difficulty submitting my prescription on line I called customer service and they were very patient and accomodating. Finally got my script to them and transaction was completed within minutes and my lenses were shipped next day. Saved me over $100!

I would suggest faster delievery insentive for shipping. Ordered last wednesday and i will not get it until the following friday over 7 days. I was trying to save money and order my contacts through Lens.com. Which I am glad I did. Normally through other vendors that I have ordered through I received within 4 days.
Howver my review for Lens.com and the price was awsome. I would order again hopfully with a faster delivery service.
