A big part of Lens.com's sales/marketing pitch is their rebates and a $160 rebate is substantial. I completed the appropriate form and mailed in my UPC codes. It's been almost six months and no $160 Visa card rebate. I looked up my rebate status on their website & it's been processed all the way up to the "mailed out" step. Delays are sited due to supply chain issues. Really? Is there actually a shortage of plastic credit cards or is this just an excuse?

I ordered my contacts in December of 2021. I still have yet to receive my rebate as of August 2022. The tracker on their website shows that is was approved and just needs to be mailed. This is well past the promised timeline when I made the order. I don't buy the global material shortage excuse for a simple plastic card. There are also digital alternatives available to provide a rebate which would not require any materials at all. Very disappointed in this company and their support was extremely unhelpful. I feel like I have been scammed out of my rebate.

Was promised a $100 rebate for ordering a bunch of contact lenses and never received the rebate. It's 6+ months now and still no rebate when it was promised months ago. Absolute terrible customer service regarding it, won't ever order from there again due to this debacle. Plenty of other providers to order from.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
