Our mission and passion, since 1995, is to provide you with the best way to buy contact lenses - better than your eye doctor, better than big box, better than other websites. We think you’re looking for the best prices on brand name contact lenses supported by hassle-free business practices. We’ve grown and invested over the years to ensure we can meet your needs. Everyone on the team is dedicated to one thing only, your satisfaction with our service. Give us a try, you’ll be glad you did!
The company has garnered a reputation for competitive pricing and a user-friendly ordering process, with many customers appreciating the wide selection of contact lenses and efficient customer service. Positive experiences often highlight prompt assistance in correcting orders and addressing prescription issues. However, concerns arise regarding hidden fees during checkout, shipping delays, and occasional inaccuracies in fulfilling prescriptions. While many customers express satisfaction with the overall service, the lack of transparency in pricing and the need for improved communication regarding order changes are common areas for improvement.

Fast shipment and perfect transaction at a great price!
I placed my order in January and still have not received my rebate card almost 8 months later. I have been stuck at the card processing step for weeks now. When I call customer service, I chat with a bot, and get no answers. I recommend not buying from Lens.com if your decision is based on price after rebate!
Good service and fast delivery. I don't like that there is an additional $20 fee for each box. If you are going to charge that for every single box, please just raise the price per box. I would rather know up front that it will be more rather than placing the order and seeing an additional fee.
I used Lens.com once before. I got my rebate in the mail, and while it took a little while, it came through as promised and was a useable card, nice for gas and gifts. However, this time while trying to use it, the site seems purposefully misleading and extremely expensive compared to what it seems to promise.
My specific example: I am trying to order Acuvue Vita contacts. They are promised to be $18.69 after my rebate when I order 4 boxes. That means that with $9.95 for shipping, my order total should be $84.71 right? Wrong. When I got to the checkout page, I had a total of $179.67. I tried multiple combinations to see if I was doing something wrong, but I was not. While this is still technically a cheaper price than I may find elsewhere, it is barely cheaper and far from what they initially seem to promise.
When I contact customer support, they said that that extra is "taxes and fees," which it says absolutely nothing about in the order summary. It gives the prices, and if you aren't paying attention, you wouldn't notice that it's a massive difference from what it sounds like they're promising. This alone is a huge bust. I am fine if they're clear and up front with what they're providing, as it is technically cheaper than some alternatives. But this false marketing and advertising is confusing and dishonest.
The contacts were returned in the exact condition they were received and in the same box they were received using the same packing material. The procedure for returned was followed exactly. In fact, I had to make two phone calls prior to returning because the first representative did not give the required RMA number. When their representative called to acknowledge the return, "Natalie" claimed the boxes had been written on and they could not "restocked." Knowing I had done nothing to the boxes, I called customer service 3 separate times. The first they said they would re-open the case, but another voicemail was left from "Natalie" claiming the same as the previous call. On the second call, I requested a photograph of the returned product that disqualifies them from being able to be restocked. (Never received photo). I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told they would call me back. Instead, I received an email that was worded similarly to the voicemail message. Lens.com refuse to refund my money and have the audacity to suggest I pay for them to send them back to me. BUYERS BEWARE!
Good price, and very easy to place my order. Very satisfied.
Lenses always come quickly and with no problems. The only issues is the rebate thing, great rebate program but it just takes forever to get. I'm sure your busy and I get it but Covid employment issues are pretty much over so stop the excuses and get it in under 4 months
Jennifer at Customer Service provided excellent guidance.
It took about three weeks for the lenses to come.
I supplied a photo of the perscription, so they had no verification to do. I'm used to lens.com ordered taking closer to a single week.
Easy to use website. I order my contacts every year. Great prices as well!
Great service. Order was easy to completed and received very quickly
The orders came on time and the contacts are great.
Great product. Received in a timely manner. Have ordered more than once with lens.com.
I've ordering contacts from here for over 5 years. One time I had a problem and they resolved it. I became a loyal customer because of how they handled the situation. It's a great place to buy contacts because they have so competitive prices and also customer service is always willing to help you.
Easy order and fast delivery. I love these contacts and packaging
2 lenses have torn so far after only 1-2 days. The ones that haven't irritated my eyes after only 5 days or so. My others have always lasted 2+ weeks. Will not purchase again.
A big part of Lens.com's sales/marketing pitch is their rebates and a $160 rebate is substantial. I completed the appropriate form and mailed in my UPC codes. It's been almost six months and no $160 Visa card rebate. I looked up my rebate status on their website & it's been processed all the way up to the "mailed out" step. Delays are sited due to supply chain issues. Really? Is there actually a shortage of plastic credit cards or is this just an excuse?
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
Answer: Apparently and unfortunately yes. Will not be using lens.com again as well due to this
Answer: Isabel, I'd be happy to answer that for you. Yes, the contacts are legit. We sale the same lenses that you would receive from the eye care profesisonal. If you need any assistance placing an order please contact us at 18005367266. Thank you, Helen Manager Lens.com.
