When placing an order be sure and check the taxes and handling charges- mine came to $157.92 with only $20 being for taxes. Ashley c and nicky could not answer any questions on why that much for handling----- BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
Just a heads up. Have a hard copy of your new prescription in hand, or know it by heart. Because when they tell you not to worry if you don't have your new prescription handy since they verify it with your doctor anyway, don't believe it. The truth is they give your doctor 8 hours to respond and then mail out an expired lens prescription. My doctor responded after the 8 hour deadline that he may not have even known about, and they shipped my contacts with the incorrect prescription. Thankfully, pharmacies don't operate like that!
Why can't you pack a rebate form with the lenses? My printer is down. I have tried calling you and there is no real in person customer service. I am trying to establish an account and everything I do is rejected. What is the deal?

I did receive notification that there would be a delay in receiving my order due to an out of stock situation. One of the boxes had a defective lens packet with no saline in it. Lens was very prompt replacing the whole box on an honor system that I promised to return the defective packet and the remaining contents and box

I ordered contact lenses Feb 2022 and it is now Aug 2022 and no rebate. The rebate tracer states it's been sent to the Visa Card processing center and it's been at that status for the last 4 months. Lens.com customer service states there is a back up and they cannot give an estimate as to when I will receive the rebate. Do not use this company relying on the rebate as a cost effective way to order contact lenses. Plan to pay full price and if you ever do get the rebate, consider it a bonus. Terrible company ethics. Not sure how they got anything above a 1 star rating but I will not be using this platform in the future as there are many sites to order your vision needs from. The company should be embarrassed of their core values.

I received my contact lens promptly, and mailed in the rebate along with proof of purchase, but it's been over a month now and I still have not received my rebate. I'm surprised to receive this email to confirm my proof of purchase when you already have that on file + my mailed in rebate form that documents the required proofs cut from the product.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
