I'd give lens.com a zero rating if I could. They blame the supply chain for the fact that I have not received a $135 rebate on a $385 order placed FOUR months ago. Their online chat CSR person, CERA, just gave me a crapload of copied/pasted generic replies when I contacted them. She's super thankful for my patience. And she's sure I understand that lots of businesses have been impacted. They had no trouble processing my payment. I guess that part of their business operation hasn't been impacted. FOUR MONTHS and still NO REBATE. Disgusted.
Watch out for hidden fees that are not disclosed during checkout. Your total with jump hundreds of dollars and when you call customer service, they don't disclose fees either.

They are horrid. It has 6 months since my purchase and I still haven't received my rebate. Every time I contact them, they blame it on COVID. It does not take months to ship out a visa card.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
