Lenses are Lenses, they shipped what I ordered. Rebate gives you a good price but why all the monkey motion to get the credit/rebate. Just make the price, the price. Not this time but on a previous order debit card rebate went missing in mail, probably stolen. Lens.com was ZERO help.

NO Rebate update: ordered 2/10/22. Been waiting for $100 rebate since. Took till April 8 to approve; Fulfilled May 20; today is Aug 26 - and am told it'll be 18-20 WEEKS from April 8th! So I can MAYBE expect a rebate from my February order in... September if I'm lucky?! HORRIBLE service and something YOU SHOULD DISCLOSE UP FRONT! Again, where is the Zero star rating?

I submitted my mail-in rebate via USPS as requested. The rebate representative, Natalie, said it was never received and my rebate had expired. I offered to email her a copy of the manufacturer's proofs of purchase and my rebate form that I mailed timely. Natalie refused. I am disappointed with Lens.com and their unwillingness to work with a customer they have had for years.
The pricing is good for name brand contacts, however, there are shipping charges. They arrived in a week in good condition. I was offered a rebate sent my proof of purchases which they received April 16,2022. It almost September and I still haven't received it.
These are some really good contact lenses, and this first pair has already lasted me a while, with 5 more left to go
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
