What a rip off - advertising a low price per box only to add major handling fees. I would rather you would honestly advertise what the lenses will actually cost.
The first time I bought from this seller everything went fine and I got my rebate, The second time they said I didn't send UPC labels but I did. No rebate. Then after opening a pack of 30, I couldn't see. I looked at the box and they sent the wrong prescription. They will not allow returns if you open, even if it's their mistake. Their policy is "We will be happy to accept back any unopened, unmarked, and unexpired boxes for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your ship date." I'LL NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN.

Never order from this website. I waited for 1 month to yet get another email stating the lens were in back order. I just received another one saying I would have to wait yet another month. This is a bad bussiness, they offer rebates and make customers wait too long or never get their rebate- I called and cancelled today because I am furious. Now I am waiting for the funds to go back to my CC. I was told they put a hold on it but when I checked the money was already taken the next day after the order. I am contacting the BBB tomorrow if the funds are not put back on my card today within an hour as I was told

Somehow they can't get a gift card in the mail after 7 month of waiting. I'm out $120 in rebates for trusting this company. Don't do it! Plus - they advertise one price and tack on at least 50% more in "processing fees." Just looking for an honest contact lens company - lens.com is NOT it.

After a conversation with and agent it came to my knowledge there is charge of $47 on my order for service fees that is before taxes and shipping charges.

Ordering new contacts was an easy and efficient purchasing experience. I will certainly use this process for future contact lens purchases. Order arrived prior to the expected delivery date which was a bonus for me as I was wearing my last lens.

I placed an order for contact lenses with Lens.com on December 1,2021. I sent in my rebate request, a special they often offer, just a few days after I received my lenses.
It took over nine (yes, 9!) months in order to receive my rebate. I exchanged countless emails with them to see about the status of my rebate, when it would be arriving, etc.
I do not recommend using them for their rebate option. It is unreliable, slow, and the customer service operators do little to nothing to make sure you receive your rebate in a timely manner. Per their terms and conditions, it should take up to 10 weeks from the date the rebate form is received for processing.
They continuously cited that the delay was due to COVID-19 staffing and processing times, but 9 months of a delay? 9 months of waiting for a rebate is absurd.
I was very pleased that I purchased my lenses for less than half the price of what I would've paid with this other company that I used to buy my lenses from. I just couldn't believe the low prices! My lenses are exactly what I bought from the other company, they arrived very quickly, and I am just thrilled with Lens.com!

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
