Lately experienced twice item purchased just send a small envelope!
One was immediately refund, another one drag and delay till today 17 days still never refund.
3 days ago (last Friday) chat with Lazada and mentioned that will make a police report and they immediately told me the refund was approved but in their app no update and check my bank no refund will wait till later today no refund will make a police report!
* Suspect they are making false transaction to do money laundering in Singapore! Many case has been report sellers change name and still sell again in their platform.
...Very bad company and nor the cheaper. Do not care about they clients.

Terrible experience. Lazada refused my return even though I was within the return window. They hid behind a technicality, denying a refund or exchange. Zero flexibility or support—definitely wouldn't recommend.
Should not lazada be more customer centric and take recovery action when customers report undelivered item. Stop saying you have sop for investigation, limited access to the system for follow up action and push back to customer to cancel the order. This is totally unacceptable. FYI your delivery evidence photo didnt show the actual address, is this the correct sop.
7 days free return is never hornored. Custome service is useless at best. The only reason is to create employment in Philippines.

Ordered a carton of dry food from Redmart,Lazada. Food came with very short expiry date hence I requested for a refund.
Few days later, a delivery person showed up and picked it up. Thereafter, I was told that the receiving end, Redmart,Lazada did not receive the carton from the delivery person hence no refunds can be made. Was asked if I took a photo of the delivery person as they are unaware who picked up from my side.How is that possible?and since when are we required to take photos of delivery personnels?
Very atrocious service. No accountability at all.

I bought a product on lazada and didn't like it so I requested return & refund on 21 Dec. I chose pick-up as the delivery method for return as the item is pretty big, hard to take it to a post office. Then, there's no in-app notification nor MSM, whatsapp, NOTHING, notify me when this will be picked up and returned. The courier came once when I'm not at home, then I missed that delivery. And that is the only time they came, later on I tried to contact the courier they saying they don't have such return order anymore. So I went to Lazada to check what's going on, while I was told to wait. After 2 weeks, and various times of contact, they said to rescheduled a return for me, yet still, no update, no one came, parcel still here. What's more, the Lazada system has canceled my return request since it's pending to long.
Excuse me? Each time I try to contact them, all I get is "our resolution is working on this with priority". Is priority in Lazda means after a customer complain 10 times you manage to get one return rescheduled? I was so pissed and called see if I can speak to any other department to resolve this matter as now I couldn't even initiate the return myself, the order was closed for me somehow, but all I kept getting is still waiting for resolution team. This is so ridiculous, I'm so unhappy with this, this is extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

The refund of my item above $800 took more than 1 month now, and the CS mentioned that i'm supposed to wait for additional 15 days to wait for the amount to be reflected in the bank. This is plain rubbish as the banks have told me that all refunds except airlines, take less than 5 working days. Crap.
Lazada sellers guarantee delivery when pay an extra delivery fee. In the end, the product came one day later, and my daughter had already flown off to overseas study. I wrote to the seller to reject the order; the seller told me it was not their problem, is Lazada organise the delivery with SpeedPost. At the end, I turned to Lazada for help. Lazara turned me down. Actually, Lazada earn a fair bit of money in all transactions, they can't even help on such occasion. I have been buying from AliExpress, on a few occasions, they helped or stepped in to resolve my issue and I am happy to buy from AliExpress. Guys, actually the product in Lazada is not that cheap, if it were not for the delivery time that is needed, I would not buy from Lazada, yet they can't even deliver on time, even when I paid for it. WHY SHOULD buy from Lazada? Some time is not about the money is about the principle!
I have purchased from various online shopping. Shoppee, Ebay, Amazon and so far the customer service has been okay.
Lazada Singapore is really bad in their customer resolution when it comes to issue dispute.

Food quality is poor, as service is terrible and everyone from delivery to staff are perfectly committed to terrible standards. Selling rotten food at least I got a refund. But I guess this is the same in whole of Singapore so cannot expect much. After all I am Indian.
I was given a notice of delivery for 7 June. Waited till 11pm but nothing was delivered. The next day, status showed delivery failed because item was refused at doorstep. So, it was scheduled to deliver on 8 June. I waited till near midnight. Again, nothing was delivered. This morning, status showed delivery failed at 00 02 and rescheduled for delivery on 9 June.
I had a chat with live agent. He said he could not check the delivery time for third attempt. I told him to check with the logistic team. He passed me a contact number to do it myself. Then, the line forever went unanswered.
Lazada, surely you can do better than this right? It would be good that you indicate your delivery timing clearly and keep to it. If you failed to deliver within the day, shouldn't the item be delivered first the next time? From what I see, it will be added to the delivery schedule after the next day's delivery is completed. This means to say, your guys just do not need to redeliver.
I am staying in housing estate, HDB flat. It is not those private estate which may be out of the way for you to deliver the item.
1. Many different shops on this platform and orders not aggregated. So you run the tab on separate delivery costs
2. I took all steps, being careful to only order from one supplier. Upon check out I can not book a time slot as one item is not avauilbel. An item that is NOT in my basket so can not delete
3. After going through the useless computer whatsapp, a live agent asks me to order through the phone app only. What the Duck, if you can not process orders through internet, then dont waste customers time, dont offer it. That was the last time. What a lousy platform. Amazon at least one place and normal customer service.
I have been using this platform for a few years. Generally, I was satisfied that Lazada accepted returns & refunds without questions asked when the purchase was not suitable.
Recently I note a number of crooks selling on Lazada and for the first time the platform accepted a return but REJECTED IT.
At the moment, they are holding the goods I don't want/need and refuse to refund.
For an amount of almost S$100 I don't think this platform is credible.
Moreover, together with their dropping rates THEY REFUSE TO DISCUSS WITH THE BUYERS. Instead, they stand by the seller who, consequently, do pretty much what they want.
I bought 2 S sized jackets from Lazmall from Superdry. 1 came XL, model name is different from name on their order site but Lazada refused to refund me. Items were delivered to me on 14th April, I dropped off to return at Speedpost on 15th morning. Dispute resolution team rejected my refund 3 times! Wth... send me the wrong item but I have to pay for it? It's the vendor's fault! Now I'm going for my 4th dispute resolution. Looking to go to Case/get social media to cover this story. So damn frustrated.

Keep sending failed to pickup with no valid reason. Yet Lazada ignore our feedback & continue to let their pickup agent to do so without getting warning.
