I was given a notice of delivery for 7 June. Waited till 11pm but nothing was delivered. The next day, status showed delivery failed because item was refused at doorstep. So, it was scheduled to deliver on 8 June. I waited till near midnight. Again, nothing was delivered. This morning, status showed delivery failed at 00 02 and rescheduled for delivery on 9 June.
I had a chat with live agent. He said he could not check the delivery time for third attempt. I told him to check with the logistic team. He passed me a contact number to do it myself. Then, the line forever went unanswered.
Lazada, surely you can do better than this right? It would be good that you indicate your delivery timing clearly and keep to it. If you failed to deliver within the day, shouldn't the item be delivered first the next time? From what I see, it will be added to the delivery schedule after the next day's delivery is completed. This means to say, your guys just do not need to redeliver.
I am staying in housing estate, HDB flat. It is not those private estate which may be out of the way for you to deliver the item.
