Hi, I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge phone for a price of around 900 SGD. 7 days after i'd receive a Google Nexus 5 which someone else orders and it takes whole 7 days for Ninjavan guys to collect it back. All of sudden i get an email that we are issuing a refund and when i call them i get standard answer "Its our process to resolve a conflict" and guess what 12 days and counting i did not receive the money, when i call my bank i'd be said to resolve it with source and Source(Lazada Customer Service) gives me a standard answer "In process, please check with your bank". I now wonder Why did i place an order a month back?
STAY AWAY AT ALL TIMES! Bought a Armani perfume but realised it is a fake! Contacted customer service but it was to no avail. Lazada is so popular and famous but they are not vetting their goods at all. TERRIBLE! ZERO STAR!
My review of Lazada is based on my experiences I have had in the last one year. I have ordered all kinds of things from mini tripod to dishwasher. I think one thing I hate the most about the seller's here is that they don't accept change of mind as a valid reason for return. If I have bought a product, especially after paying a fat amount of money, I think I should be able to decide whether I like the product and gonna keep using it. If not, I would rather return it than have a waste lying at my house. Now I understand I might be coming from amazing shopping experiences from websites like Amazon. Unfortunately such shopping experiences not available in Singapore and I have to make do with terrible conditions such as above. There have been times when the seller's have sent me wrong items, crappy items but I just didn't have enough time and energy to keep at returning things.
Undoubtedly there have been few good experiences too with Redmart. They have let me process returns when they sent rotten stuff or wrong stuff. Overall my feelings are mixed about Lazada. I would say it's pretty convenient for groceries but not a great place to buy clothes (multiple cases of mismatched size, terrible quality of product), ok to buy some items of medium prices (hit or miss) and totally not ok to buy items were you pay a considerable amount of money because you have no control once you buy the item. You will be forced to keep it even if you don't wanna use it, coz once the money get in the pockets of seller's (almost all) they don't wanna let go of it.
My order number was **************. My Bosch Steam Iron was ordered sometime in middle of May 20. The cost of iron was $224. The Steam iron was poorly packed and upon receiving. The steam iron was damaged. I called the seller Magnify and I took photos and sent. Seller was honest and he told me to deliver the steam item to him via Ninjanvan. I send on 8th July 20. The seller informed that he had recieved my damaged steam iron. Thereafter I made so many feedback to Lazada on refund. Until today is 24th August 20 no respond. I contacted Lazada and was informed that seller rejected my item. I texted seller. He assured that Lazada will refund in a week. Lazada online shopping experience was frustrating to get refund if items was delivered damaged. As customer, I will think twice to purchase online from Lazada. Whether the seller Magnify or Lazada are contradictory information are risky. It was straightforward refund despite sending item back to seller.
TL: DR - BEST TO AVOID!
Ordered(in Jul 2018) a remote control toy for a present. Toy arrived with missing parts. Contacted seller and seller said he/she would send over the missing parts. Waited close to two months and a package arrived. However, it was not the missing parts. Contacted the seller once again. Seller once again said he/she will send over the missing parts. Had to waited close to another two months and a packaged arrived. Once again without the correct missing parts! Tried to contact the seller once again, but the seller has gone quiet and is ignoring all contact attempts.
Contacted Lazada customer service. They tried to contact the seller but received no response from the seller after a week or so. Seems like they cannot even control the sellers on their platform. So, in the end they say they cannot do anything and it's my problem to sort things out with the seller. During the email exchanges with Lazada, it's quite obvious to see that the people replying do not bother (or cannot read) as replies on different days are sometimes the same canned or "cut and paste" answers.
Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and money on this e-commerce platform. There are so many better ones out there.
Oh yeah, their site doesn't allow you to leave negative reviews. So, take all reviews with a bucket of salt.
After a week still no delivery of items which should be delivered,. Ninjavan is the new delivery service of Lazada and also Zalora. Ninjavan gives you somewhere in the morning a message that they deliver TODAY and you have to be at home the whole day. That is impossible and very bad customer service. This is again like old times where you do not care about the customer. Really, this is what you are going to do every time? Than i am not home because i did not know and they tell me that they will only deliver 3 times. Second time they claim to have been here but they have NOT delivered, liars also. And even worse i made one purchase of 3 items and they are all delivered on different timing, so this delivery experience and me being at home the whole day for 3 items (a mouse, keyboard and monitor). It seems like i also go the old fashion way and buy the same articles from Challenger, that is less time and maybe even cheaper. This was indeed the last time i purchased from Lazada.
Furthermore can you now please deliver my items or maybe better, just refund me and i go shopping at challenger.

Virtually non-existent customer service. Chatbots and no real email to get hold off. Useless trying to return a deflective item, it's just an agonizing goose chase.
Horrible experience per title:
Bad customer service, defaults customer service back to sellers in china, which is of course well known for their inability to take care of customers.
Goods are great, service have been prompt and of good quality. Shipments are sometimes slow but always within the promised dates so far. Great experience so far with Lazada.
My order did not come after a mth wait and it still showing as "out for delivery" in the lazada system.
Contacted help service on 10Jan and was referred to their resolution team and was told the system will automatically cancel the order and do a refund on the 14Jan.
On 14Jan contacted lazada again about the item still not cancelled and the resolution sent me a email indicating a waiting period of another 15days.
They must be kidding or sleeping.
No real actuon tacken and solution given.
The resolution team is totally ineffective.
Today is 15Jan and the order is still in my system "to recieve".
Lazada is a total joke!

Bought a lot from Lazada SG, and then for the first time a faulty item (iwatch strap band) was delivered and i had to interact with Lazada customer service, well it was the most helpless exchange of emails i had. Sent photos and tried to explain that item was faulty and i could not were it, i was continuously replied that item is not faulty because it does not fit my wrist... eventually i gave up. BUT NEVER ANYMORE FROM LAZADA SG.
Multiple missing items, poor customer service. Even after the initial Long list of missing items, the same thing recurred when I reordered the ‘missing item'! Unbelievable.
Terrible service. My refund case is pending since 5th june22 with Lazada and each time i call to check the status it just doesnt move. All customer service executives (Candy, Jayson, Amy) lie to the core and severe by the 48hrs SLA on the email, chat and calls but no action has been taken yet. All i do is keep calling everyday and keep repeating my story. I dont even have the item as i have already returned it and i dont even have my money back since over a month now. One word... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Its soooo fraudulent that I get super frustated emailing the cuatomer service every other day. Im a paid member but many promos that they advertised simply DONT WORK! Where do i start
Netflix - promo couldnt be applied if my billing is attached to apple. I had to cancel my membership etc etc lots of crazy hassle just to make It work.
Uber - 10th ride $10 off promo still doesnt work! I alreay had 50 more rides and everytime I have to email them asking why the promo is not working.
Same thing with ubereats, nothing works.
I have not checked the rest, perhaps Im being cheated as well there. How can u possibly keep up with such untrustworthy program?
I tried to purchase a product from LAZADA.SG website and paid for it through its payment gateway system called HelloPay. Its pay system had some connection problems and the transactions did not go through TWICE with no follow-up instructions. But on the next following day of 26th September 2016, my bank account was deducted of S$51.40 for two failed transactions of $25.70 each. I notified Lazada and Hellopay of this transactional error, and provided personal information and documents as proof to faciliate the refund process. Having interacted with as many as 5-7 customer representatives, they have acknowledged to refund the money as evidenced from the emails exchanged, and one staff of Hellopay showed me proof that they have transferred the refund into my bank account, but it turned out the proof was not authentic even though the contents in the proof document seemed to have effected the transfer. However, no money transfer had been made. Please do not purchase from these establishments as they do not refund monies if their pay systems fail.
I used to love the usability of Redmart - such a simple and pleasurable interface. I've been a frequent user for 2.5 years. I also appreciated the weekly voucher code discounts and their extensive inventory. Customer service was always terrific too - it was easy to find a phone number to call, easy to get refunds or have questions answered. Since the merger with Lazada, I've had four terrible experiences with Redmart in the spate of 2 months (!). Their user flow now is so bad that I've now thought I placed an order three times - only to discover on my own that the order had been cancelled because payment was not received (it's an online credit card payment system, for crying out loud!). I never received an email, SMS or call from Redmart that my order had been cancelled. So frustrating! Most recently, over half my order was not delivered due to a damaged diproduct in the warehouse. Again, I was not notified in anyway and the refunds they issued were for only some of the products that had not been delivered. It's very difficult to find a phone number to call Redmart now, and customer service is basically helpless. Argh!
Mid April 2020, I ordered 2 unit blue Air through Lazada. It came only one unit. The Ninja Van as the delivery agent only dropped the box in front of my door and leave without asking any signature. I still can spot the agent when he left and only one box in front of my door. On the paper attached to the box, it said two item. I complained to Lazada through their online chat customer service. I also contacted the blue air official store as the seller on Lazada, they said the delivery agent had picked up two items as my order. So they said its not their problem anymore. I have contacted Lazada every week, but their response keep saying they will investigate and will process the refund. The item worth of sgd899! They cannot tell me when I can receive the refund. All the customer service response keep repeating the same sorry and ask me to wait. They even blocked my email as it has been more than 1 month. They said it automatically generate by the system. I am very frustrated and hopeless. This is ridiculous. It seems Lazada is irresposible and hoping the customer finally will stop nagging for the refund and give up. OMG. This is nightmare. How can Lazada do this. It has been more than 2 months now. WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK. Unbelievable!
I ordered a AIRBOT vacuum on 10th Oct. On 16 Oct I received a Filter (attached)
When checked they said it is a Free Gift and Item will be delivered in few days.
When the filter was delivered their tracking system changed to DELIVERED. And till now I have not received the item thou I have been chasing them since. Now they are saying they unable to refund as I exceeded the time frame.
This is a CHEAT, they send a free gift worth $15 and change the tracking to delivered.
Charged me $1 for no reason, asked if they could get back to me by today, customer service agent avoids to answer.
Tosses me like a ball 3 times despite my explainations. Got transferred 3 TIMES, 2 agents ignored my request (my request was simple - ask them to listen first or please explain to your colleague so that I don't have to explain for a 3rd time). BOTH GOT IGNORED. Transferred me without my consent and despite my protests. 3rd one ignored my question of getting back to me on the same day. Their system is laggy in processing payment. Unable to process my payment and cancelled my order.

The agents don't care about your issue. They'll just apologise and eventually if you don't take it, hang up on you. Thanks for enhancing my experience, Muy! Even the merchant is more patient and nicer than their agent.
Their agent's way of handling frustrated customer is by hanging on them! No point trying to feedback cause they don't even have an official email address for customers and claims that their hotline is full.
