Fake producs too aplenty that I'm not even touchin this site again. Customer service always gives template answers. Fake perfumes, too good to be true. I was too blind to see that it was too good to be true
Placed an order on the 17th Dec and your site states delivery will be on the 2nd - 6th Jan 2019. However, on 5th Jan(Sat) my package has still not arrived and decided to write in. An auto reply states a dedicated customer service agent will contact me within 2-3 business days. Today which is the 10th Jan 2019, already the 4th business day and yet not even a F***ing soul contacted me to update me on my purchase. Would rather stick to some other e-commerce platform. If i could give a ZERO star rating, I'll DEFINITELY do so. LAZADA, you're such a pathetic organization!
Automatically renewed membership. Only know when amount deducted from credit card should only renew when customer say okay. So freaking annoying that I paid for a totally useless $#*!. Cant refund either. WAKE UP LIVE UP TEAM, THATS NOT HOW YOU SHOULD BE DOING BUSINESS!
Apparently Lazada allows to sell fake products on their platform without taking any responsibility. Plus, they block any reviews about counterfeit items.
Was always afraid to purchase online, with the cash on delivery option and wide range of product on Lazada it becomes very reliable. So far I have not had any problem with their service or product.
They remove your review if it is negative. I received a fake product, and instead of giving me a refund, they removed by bad review. What an awful, cheating company! Don't ever buy from them!
This has happened to me a few times. I would either buy a few pieces of something and then the supplier would just send one piece.
Or if I were to buy three or four items from one supplier and when the package arrives, something is missing from the purchase list.
In both cases, there is no direct method of addressing the issue on the Lazada. The chat is actually a robot that only handles all the listed issues (not including any one of the above). When you call the hotline, you will speak to someone who will promise you everything but does nothing.
Then what happens after is that while waiting for customer service to act on your issue, the time limit for return expires and you get billed for something that was never sent to you...
Since I'm seeing this more often than I used to, my theory is that there are many suppliers in Lazada who knows about this loophole and are taking advantage of it so either buy only one thing from any one supplier or make multiple orders if you need more than one piece so buyers beware!
7 days free return is never hornored. Custome service is useless at best. The only reason is to create employment in Philippines.
1) items left outside my house at least 45mins before scheduled delivery time. 15mins before scheduled delivery time, still received messages that delivery be made within 15mins
2) an item wasn't delivered and 3 weeks after the scheduled delivery date, no email received from redmart or Lazada n $ not refunded yet. Had similar case when redmart was operating alone n within same day, an email was sent by redmart that item want delivered and $ be refunded
I made my first purchase with Lazada and they just cancelled my orders cos seller update the price from SGD 49 to SGD 71. This is so ridiculous and unethical of them to do so. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM LAZADA! You will regret badly... I have never encounter so irresponsible Lazada staff nor seller ever in our platform! Trust me... you will regret placing orders... Hope they go bust ASAP!
Lazarus success was built on trust, reliability and quality of the product sold as an E-commerce marketplace, That reputation is disappearing - I've had multiple orders being canceled delayed, partially delivered and even damaged, I have tried to complain online, but with no response - Lazada seams to have taken in so many sellers that they have lost the control, it is frustrating and sad.
On 25 Deb 2022 I made a payment of S$82.29 for purchase of a door peephole camera. 5" The reply from lazada that they do not have stock & order was cancelled from their end. The amount of money was NOT REFUNDED to me till today ( 14 Apr 2022). This clearly reflect the moment of truth of lazada. PLEASE DO NOT MADE ANY PURCHASE FROM lazada. The management has NOT responded to me yet after calling them 3 times
Poor Customer service in providing solution where the problem are due to the online purchase system:
1) order some items and paid by voucher $50 and credit card, later Lazada refund in voucher value $39 due to 1 item unable to deliver.
2) Trying to use voucher to redeem and order but not successful, called and write email to show screen shot, Follow with many calls and repeated story to CS staff, finally re-issue another voucher code.
3) Trying to order again, this time voucher apply and redeem successfully (shown on screen on the app, yet when proceed to order. System reply "oops... order not succesful.
Summary: error on online order platform yet the CS staff reply email: "you will not be able to use any vouchers or coins during checkout", "Lazada would not be allowing you to utilise any voucher on our platform with no appeal allowed".
My complaint: error was from Lazada side with poor online system yet CS staff forbit m to utilize the voucher. I request them to refund $39 to my credit card. Waited 1 week, no reply. I had many emails and calls with them but answer by different staff and escalate to no where, merry go round. No solution until now and no reply, follow up after 1 week.
Almost 50% of the items i bought are either cancelled without reason, late delay as sellers don't check orders, sellers sent wrong items and many sellers are actually non-responsive, no reply no update no shipping, sellers also cheat by indicating shipping tracking number but in actual fact, never send out parcel at all so no further update on shipping status. If buyer don't check or don't ask, then they simply just keep quiet. Worse still, the shipping number shows it's on the way, but local courier says there is no such parcel, buyer can't cancel as system don't allow it since system shows parcel on the way so have to contact Lazada directly. Waste of time! Lazada don't return vouchers until buyer specifically requested for it by opening a case with Lazada and Lazada says certain vouchers are non-returnable so asking buyer to buy again without vouchers so refused to return vouchers to buyers. Why? This is not buyer's fault at all?! What is going on with Lazada?! This is the 1st and the last to shop on such atrocious platform! Real buyers please beware!
If your size is not matching - still you need to use the product as per Lazada Customer Service - So be sure about the product you are buying from Lazada.sg
Very bad experience. No customer service help available and no change in my shipping status since 1 mth back and no way to get update from them. Plain horrible.
Lazada is a scam, they will never send you your orders and rob you of your money, I have not received my order for almost ONE MONTH now and they have still not refunded me.

Order 2 dulux paint but only come 1 the other 1 can is loss try to call lazada customer service to ask them my 1 more can of paint I didn't receive on time the customer service office told to do refund but at my side I can't key in the refund at all as my parcel still at logistic. Lazada send me email say the my items is on the way is been more then a week the my items didn't reach me I do check the ninja van Track Orders but my order was cancelled by ninja van. Call dulux office the GM will check for me at list dulux paint do something on it but after all I don't think will get back my $$$$ just take it as a scam... I WILL NOT SHOPPING ON THIS STUPID LAZADA ANYMORE... Shopee are still the best they won't ask Q&A when the items didn't reach on time they will just do fully refund. They close your case without informing you, push the blame between customer and merchant and pull out any excuse in the book to not deal with your complaint!
