This is probably the 5th time i bought goods from Lazada. What is happen on me at this time is that the good i received could not be switch on. It is a Professional Automatic Straightening Irons Comb With LCD Display. I was first thought it was my socket problem, but after that i change another socket and it finally can be switch on. The temperature of the Iron comb rise and when it almost reach 170c it automatically turn off. I tried to turn off the electricity and even turn it on the again. But the Irons Comb did not have any respond. After a few times trying, what it happen soon is that my socket is on FIRE. The whole socket was actually burning and i saw a lot of sparks coming out. I was really taken aback and wondering whether the seller has test and check though their product before they actually sell and deliver to the customer. Did they ever make sure their product quality is good before they deliver it? How could this suppose to be happen? I don't mind that i could receive a fake product but what i can't tolerate is that this product which is not in a satisfied quality may cause harm to the buyer. It was lucky that I was staying quiet far away from the socket, if not i could not imagine the if sparks really burn my skin. What i feel is that the buyer will need to be very careful when decided to online purchase from Lazada because there are too many sellers selling in Lazada which we can't really predict what kind of behavior and manner will the seller going to deal with the customer. Now I'm going to return the product to Lazada and i will probably try to avoid that particular seller in the future.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner and on 21 July was advised by e mail it was out for delivery with the courier Ninja Van. Twenty minutes later I was further advised the order couldn't be delivered and was being cancelled and returned! I contacted Lazada and after various conversations in which Lazada failed miserably to justify or explain what happened, I gave up with promise from Lazada that my complaint would be looked into and I would be contacted in due course... I'm still waiting! I contacted Ninja Van directly for their reason for returning my order and this was their response: Thank you for reaching out to Ninja Van PH.

We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Regarding your concern, Lazada also knows the requirements but they keep handing over the parcel to us Ninja Van. Lazada passes them to us in bulk without sizes or weight indicated, and we do not weigh those parcels upon pick up. We just know that the parcel was oversized once it arrived at our sorting hub.

I subsequently reordered another vacuum cleaner, different model, different supplier and tonight within the space of 20 minutes I received two e mails, one saying my order was being delivered and one saying it had been cancelled. EXACTLY THE SAME SCENARIO.

Why is Lazada dispatching orders with a courier who is unable to fulfill the order?

Perhaps the lengthy e mail I have sent tonight will provide some sort of response, but I am not holding my breath.

Do not order from Lazada, their customer service sucks and any contact with them is scripted and unhelpful and they never reply to emails.

Seems I will never get my vacuum cleaner after giving them a second chance to redeem themselves!

FRUSTRATING!

I used to like lazada before it was my go to place for online shopping. But now NO! If your going to order in lazada make sure its COD BECAUSE IF YOU PAY FOR YOUR ITEM BEFORE IT WAS DELIVER THEY $#*! U UP! I ORDERED FOR 8 IPHONE PLUS CASE THEY DELIVERED 7 TWO OF THOSE 7 ARE WRONG ITEMS SO I HAD TO SEND IT BACK FOR REPLACEMENT AND THEN THEY ARE GIVING ME THIS STUPID REASON THAT IT HAS NO BOX? THEY DIDN'T EVEN SEND IT TO ME IN A BOX BUT THEY ONLY WRAP IT WITH BUBBLE WRAP AND THAT'S IT! AND THEN THE THE LAST ITEM THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY DELIVERED IT SO I HAD TO MAKE CALLS TO TELL THEM NO AND THEN NOW THEY SEND ME A COPY OF PROOF OF DELIVERY SAYING I SIGN IT! WHICH IS A LIE! MY THEY COPY MY SIGNATURE WHICH EVERY ONE THAT KNOWS ME CAN TELL! They keep on telling me they will investigate bla bla bla! Its been 2 weeks now i have to wait another 2 weeks! THEY ARE SO SLOW WITH THE PROBLEM! They better refund my money or il sue them for falsification of signature and failed to delivered a paid item! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM LAZADA ANYMORE FROM NOW ON! This is an update on my complaint to lazada order number******* placed on nov. 5,2015 wherein i purchase 2 phone the first to arrive was on nov. 6,2015 supposed to be a LENOVO A7000PLUS but iinstead they send me a ligthning compass its very clear that they srnd me a wrong item.
After lazada called me on nov. 10, until now no update on the status of the replacement.

I contacted LBC and they confirm that lazada already received the wrong package by jonathan intal on nov. 10,2015. Lbc tracking no. **************.

I send them several email but no reply from them the phone worth 6500 pesos and until now they dont do anything or even contact me about the status of it.

I will give lazada until nov. 20,2015 if they cannot replaced tje phone i will file a complaint to DTI, i have all the evidence that they made a mistake sending me the wrong package.
I even thinking of seeking help from the media, i want to air my complaint to national television as well.
If they will not coordinate with me. I will surely do

Hi Lazada, It's my first time to order here.

I can't find my orders on 'My Orders' section after it's being processed. When I verified the OTP Code, It went back to your site stating 'ORDER FAILURE'. I think I accidentally doubled my orders because I have received another code from BDO but fortunately, I was able to cancel the verification from BDO on my second order (I used my uncle's American Express credit card). I don't know if it was still processed or what but I entered the OTP Code because I thought I just need to redo the process until I realized that the price is different from the price in my cart. But it went back to your site again stating AGAIN that my orders failed. I went to 'My Orders' section to see my orders but unfortunately, it was not there. I searched for the items that I ordered (the 'only 1 stock left' items before I ordered it) and it says that it's sold out. So I assume that it was sold by me. My only problem is I can't see what I ordered and the tracking number of it. Please reply, thanks!
