I don't know if Lazada really have delivery or placing of orders issues. I just encounter it myself after fulfilling my payment and found out that my order is Declined? I don't know, my order, with order # *******, didn't even appear in My Orders.

Good day. Hope you are going to respond instantly because we have a problem encountered during the Delivery of my Order Number ******* Sony Bravia TV. Because this order was paid via credit card and yet the item arrived with cash on delivery mode of payment. I will attached to this msg the proof of the order transaction. Hope you will instantly respond this msg. Coz the said order was his husband's gift to her this thursday.
Her Husband also ordered laptop yet did not yet arrived same paid with credit card, If the same problem will exist please fix this. I received a shoe cabinet with missing parts last Dec 1. I asked customer service thru e-mail and also by phone if their supplier can deliver the missing part? If that's not possible, I ordered for them to just pull-out the product. After so many follow-ups, they notified me that it will be picked up on Dec 8. It's already Dec 9 and the incomplete shoe cabinet is still at my house. I was informed that they haven't resolved the problem yet. What's taking them so long to resolve such a simple problem? This means it will also take long to process the refund.

I tried calling back since you've been calling me during office hours at busy sa office. Minsan may meeting kaya hindi ko nasasagot. I ordered two bluetooth earphones but lazada delivered only one item. I called CS requesting for the 2nd item to be delived since i need both items this weekend. I was told that the only option they could offer is to send me a voucher amounting to the second item that wasnt delivered so i can use it in purchasing a new one. On Nov 28,2016, I ordered 2 pcs gp127 glove band hand strap (order # *******) for action cam but the package arrived (Dec 2) with 1 pc only.
Upon receiving, at first I thought it was just a typo error in the receipt because the amount (899) was good for 2 pcs plus the shipping cost, but after opening the item package itself, there was only 1.
I do not wish to return my order, I do not wish to return the 1st pc I received, I just want that the 2nd qty would be delivered (with no shipping charges).
I have emailed lazada 3 times already (and attached the pictures of the receipt and the item) but still got no reply.

I've been ordering in Lazada for a while and for a while it was great. Until today. Lazada sent me a mail containing an invoice for an item I've already paid. I ordered the item a year ago and the mail came to me a year after. The order number is ******* and I've paid for it using cash on delivery. The thing is, i cant have the item if i do not pay, right? The item is still at hand and i'm worried that i would pay again for it. I checked my email and the deal is already closed. I cant understand why they would ask me again to pay what's payed already.

They've resolved it now. They emailed me saying that the invoice was just a receipt from my past transactions and that the mail was just delivered late (super late). They apologized for the inconvenience..

Lazada gave us a notification that 2 of our items have been refunded because there was a system issue. We also returned 2 items because we have the wrong size of shoes. We've contacted Hellopay through email but there is no response from them for a week now.
The price of our items to be refunded is about 2,000+ and up until now we didn't get any confirmation or email from Hellopay. Its getting really frustrated... ugh

Answer: You can access them thru phone or email en they were answer you back quickly. Some times some orders taking so long is b'coz of the availabilty of the product. Lazada will keep you updated but expect delays during christmas rush...

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
