I've ordered so many times at Lazada, this was the first time na nangyari na lumagpas sa 1 linggo yung delivery ng item. I ordered 2 items and received the first item the other day, pero yung second item which I intended to give my son for Christmas only arrived today, when I opened the parcel, Hotwheels race track nga pero hindi yung order ko na turbo race track. I kept calling their hotline pero syempre they're receiving high volume of calls at this time of the year. Gusto ko lang sana maka kausap ng CSR para man lang may assurance ako na kung ire-return ko yun toy eh maibabalik sya sa akin before Christmas which falls on a Sunday. Baka na naman abutin ng 1 linggo ang delivery!

I already bought a lot from this site, but for my recent experience, I will not let it pass.
I ordered phone (elephone s1) from them because it was 50% off. When I received the box, it is clean and sealed, indicating it as brand new. So I decided not to open it and have it as a Christmas gift to my relative. I have the confidence that I can trust this seller (because I have no problem with them in the past) and gave the phone to my relative after the guarantee period. To my disappointment, what inside that SEALED box is a SECONDHAND or RETURNED item from previous customer. It shows a lot of remnants (fingerprints, dirt, tempered glass, etc) and it is defective (screen flickers when you put simcard). They put back the screen and back plastic protector as cover up.
(my sister have the same experience with the same phone brand, the only difference was that her phone is not defective.)
After the incident above, I opened another box of phone (firefly gt200) which was also I bought from them before December. The original seal was tempered and they put another seal. I charged it first because the battery was DRAINED. Usually when you open a brand new phone, it will ask you to set up your preference but this one, it went directly to android icons.
A couple of phone (starmobile play) from sealed boxes was checked by my cousin. Both phones went directly to android icons without asking to set up and the "Removed SD Card" caption popped up. On the first phone there is a "Developer Options" in the setting. According to my cousin, once you see that option, it means that someone already touched/modified the phone settings. The other phone was lacking one icon. After factory reset, the icon showed.
They are fooling customers by recycling stuff.

Second, the remote control car nakailang battery na kami hindi padin sya umaandar.
3rd is the other remote control car. May defect ung remote control. Basag ung isang pindutan.
4th is yung tent na parang nabaha dahil sobrang baho nya pagopen ko nung plastic. At sobrang dumi ng bag tent. Sira pa yung zipper. Buti nalang ayos yung tent pero faded na ung color. Napaglumaan na kumbaga. :(

This is the second time i order from lazada. The first one went fine and gave me good impression.
The second order i made was for a phone an two other accessories for it.
I first recieved the phone, and was immediately surprised to see that it was not the one i was expecting, so i went to the lazada to check on the phone's description. I noticed that the item's title was somehow wrong and led me to be mistaken. I said to myself no problem, because with lazada's return policy i could easily get a store credit refund for it and buy another phone with that credit. By the way, as for the accessories i also ordered the wrong ones because of the phone's wrong title. I contacted the customer service about this and they immediately replied that i should return the product. As for the reason, i put "wrong item" with detailed explanation. I returned the product the same day i recieved it (phone not used at all). When lazada recieved the phone, they called me telling that my reason was not a valid reason and the item was correct. But anyway their quality control team has to check it first. I wrote a very long mail to explain the whole situation with screenshots and proof and the only reply i get from them is they will reply back to me in a few days to check on the issue. After a week i recieve a mail from them saying that my refund request has been denied because the product was the right one based on quality control team and that the item will be sent back to me again. As for the two other accessories i returned after the phone, i decided to just put "change of mind" and the return request seem to have been processed. So i don't understand? Maybe i should just put "change of mind" for the phone and they will accept it? Anyway i have the feeling that talking to the customer service is like talking to a robot, they don't even try to understand my situation. Why not change the reason to change of mind if that suits them better? So better not have issues with your order when buying on lazada. As for me it's the last time. Working as a quality manager myself i find this very disapointing as i'm used to but on the internet and it's the first time i encounter this kind of problem...

Thank you Lazada for responding in a very timely manner. I recently checked all the tabs in my email- PROMOTIONS, SPAM, SOCIAL etc and found out that LAZADA responded within 12 hrs after the order has been placed that they could not process my order because there are some issues regarding my credit card information. My credit card is an international account (and also my contact number) and I understand why they would rather transact with COD or direct bank transaction. Lazada is just trying to protect their business as much as the consumers are trying to protect their money. Although such matters needs great improvement, I believe Lazada can still be trusted for they have all license and stuff and one can always run to their office or call for assistance for any issues, this is a great edge over any small time online shops that have no credibility and business experiences. For now, although my order has been rejected, I still appreciate the services Lazada has offered me.

So far, I already ordered two item in lazada, for my first item there was no problem, at my second item i encountered problem after i paid through hellopay debit card the system cancelld my order. I emailed lazada for what happened. So far, so good they had quick response and effort to resolve my problem. After days of waiting for that item. I received last day my order. Today lazada called me again for their sincere sorry for what happened. THANK YOU LAZADA.And my sincere sorry also for my negative review past day. I Just want to know everyone that lazada solved already my problem.

Do you have a problem with using prepaid visa card as payment for international sellers who only accepts online payment? You've accepted my order which automatically deducts the amount from my card balance only for you to email me that you were "unable to process" my payment thats why my order is now cancelled. Can you check how you card payment system works especially for visa prepaid cards! Coz its such a hassle to wait weeks to months just for my money to be returned to my account for which in the 1st place you have no reason to not accept it. I made sure all my card details were correct and the fund is more than enough. I tried using it to buy a 300pesos worth of item from u, u accepted it without hassle but whenever i buy a 9k plus worth of items you were unable to process it? WTH! Order number *******. I placed an order online Nov 28 for 5 items. Did not get delivered on time and also got delivered one at a time. They will not tell you when they will deliver so you have to sit and wait for it. I was on 2 weeks holiday only and that's how I spent it because I made a HUGE MISTAKE ordering from LAZADA. I bought a bed frame that after 1 day it broke. They came and pick it up for refund that's fine but when it comes to refunding my money which is amounting to 10,545,00 pesos they asked me to provide a bank account so they can deposit it back. After almost a week they sent me an email that the refund have been initiated and I have to pick it up via LBC. I tried to call their number listed on website 02 795 8900. It's not in service na daw. I replied to their email that they sent me but I received a notification that it's an automated email only. So HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO CONTACT LAZADA? THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING because I already left the country and II want every penny of my money back! SO I hope that you will deposit it to the bank account I provided you guys with my letter of authorization ang photo ID as per request. Also the last item did not got delivered up until a couple of weeks. HUGE MISTAKE AND VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FROM LAZADA!

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
