SO DISAPPOINTED!

I placed an order last December 9,2016. According to their order tracking facility, the item was already shipped by December 13,2016. I was aware that for orders outside Metro Manila, it would take much longer to deliver. Last December 26,2016, I sent Lazada an e-mail regardinng my order and they replied that the item was still for dispatch. So i waited again. And just today, January 2 2017, I found out that my order was cancelled! NO CONSISTENCY LAZADA! I wish you could have informed earlier! I have been waiting for the item!

Dishonest
December 31, 2016

Lazada after a year of no purchase from me because of companies incompetence. My first order was met with lies and deception. Lazadas Courier lies about his delivery attempt and blames me for not excepting a delivery. We waited all day for this scheduled delivery, talked with Courier 6 times. Courier replied Im coming now, until 8:45 PM. Courier never came and now the delivery is marked customer asked for delivery reschedule. Lies from Lazada, there employees, customer service, just like always.

Order a sofa bed on Dec 11, promise to be delivered by Dec 15. I had guests visiting over the Christmas season. Made many attempts to get the sofa deliver. Unfortunately, unable to get anyone to give me an exact date for delivery. Skynet who they use as a carrier call to say they will delivery the sofa on Dec 26 but did not show up until December 28. Thankfully someone was home to accept the delivery. It was an hassel because you never know when they will deliver. Needless to say the sofa bed was late and my guests had already left. The worst part of all is that the sofa arrived with all kinds of damages. It has all over the fabric. Tried calling customer service. No one answer the phone. Tried chatting with them via LIVE CHAT is a waste of time. No one really cares. They apologize but do nothing to compensate for my trouble. Now I am stuck with a brand new sofa that is full of damages. I will be embarrass to have guests over to see a sofa that is full of holes. I tired to return the item but there is no "return option" indicated on their website. Don't waste your money, time or energy deal with this company.

Worst item ever
December 28, 2016

This is the first time i got the worst item from lazada supplier. I purchase wet and dry portable car vacuum cleaner with rechargable police flash light and stun gun taser. I dont have any problem with my stun gun flash light but when i try to use the vacuum cleaner to my car it wasnt work and the $#*!ing item damage my car cigarette lighter plug. I am very excited to use that vacuum but the item disappointed me a lot. Expectation vs. Reality was very sucks. I paid for nothing..

I am aware that is an international order... if u are aware then you should have not given those dates expected delivery of the item. I made lots of orders from wish.com in china and they are even reliable and dependable with regards to items ordered online. If late they will give full. Refund. But this site simple status only you dont give updates... how come you are the only ones seeing the status of orders what about those who signed in... there is nothing and no updates. You didnt send emails what is the status where is the item... if i didnt call you or send you emails.
Really a big disappointment... i should have ordered the same item at wish.com. Parehas lang pala. Kala ko pag sa inyo oorder at least malapit na kasi pilipinas. Nagsayang pa.ako.ng overseas call para lang malaman ko ung status ng order. Kayo lang pala nakakaalam kung nasan na ung item. Dapat kinontak. Nyo ung seller... napadala na ba nila ung item sa pinas?

Lazada delivered the wrong bike and I only want to exchange it to the one I ordered... their mistake. But it's taking 3 weeks now and they have NOT rectified the issue. Been promised 3 times by different customer service reps that they'll pick it up for an exchange - but they failed to do it each and every time. Shop at Lazada.com at your own risk. And hope to God you don't need to return the item for any reason. The moment they get a hold of your money, that's it to them. They're excellent in getting the money - but anything else thereafter, good luck.

Payment Reversal

It has been 6 weeks since I placed & paid for my protein milk and Lazada cancelled my order 2 days after payment. My money is still NOWHERE to be found and they are not responding to my emails. So what now? I'm supposed to let go of my hard earned money? PLS DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. I am definitely not happy and I will discourage every people I know from using this site.

DEC. 1,2016 I PURCHASED 2 MOBILE PHONE SONY XPERIA X, 2 COVER CASE AND 2 TAMPERED GLASS COST 41 838 IN PESO. AFTER A WEEK I CHECK MY ORDERS AND STILL GOIN ON PROCESS. SO IM HAPPY FOR THAT 3 DAYS MORE I HAVE NEW MOBILE. THIS IS A BDAY GIFT AND XMAS GFT FOR MY SELF AND TO A FRIEND. THE WORST THING HAPPENED!
