Every Amazon package that was shipped with this company ended up "lost". Not just a few, not just many, but EVERY SINGLE ONE. Curiouser and curiouser.
This is my second delivery by Lasership. On both occasions delivery was fast and driver was very polite.
Left iPad in front of my building, left another package out front that got stolen, tracking is garbage

They told the company they delivered my item but it was NOT DELIVERED. & now the seller won't refund my money because its marked as "delivered". They are the absolute WORST.
It came 3 days earlier than it was supposed to and it came super fast. I think that it was great i don't know why there are so many bad reviews

If Lasership delivers your package 9/10 it will never make it to your door. Start the refund process with the merchant.

The worst shipping company my packages also goes missing with the the drivers are steal and are so incompetent it's unbelievable
Literally NEVER on time. If a company uses lasership just don't order from that company. They never know what's going on.
Terrible experience! They lost two of my packages in one week and when they were able to track one of them they just returned it to sender.
Shoes orderd November 29th from Steve Madden. Shipping by LaserShip. My original email states I would received an e-mail when it is shipped which was not sent. LaserShip say they delivered it 12/12/2022 at 2:07 pm to my home in College Park Ga. It has not been delivered! According to their tracking it Was out for delivery 12/06/2022 in Kennesaw GA at 10:57Am and Pebblebrook Estate Mableton GA at 10:58AM. Says it was delivered to my address today 12/12 at 2:07 PM. Where had it been for those 6 days before it disappeared? It was not delivered to my address. I was home all day and outside during that time. No one came to my home. This is a dead-end street with only 6 houses on my block. There was not a delivery truck on my street. Steve Madden says sometimes LacerShip marks delivered when they have not delivered because they have to many deliveries. They asked me me wait another day to see if it is delivered. I called LaserShip at their *******030 and *******590 Customer Service number and received messages to call the company I order from for assistance. Horrible shipping company!
