When I was in the process of purchasing from this site, I was skeptical because of all the negative reviews... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I can't believe this person has been doing this for so long.
I purchased a charger for my macbook using PayPal (hoping PayPal would protect me just in case); and it took longer than expected to arrive.
When I do a full charge using this charger, my laptop only stays on for about an hour and a half... even though on the website the product claims to be 120% better in that regard.
So, I opened a case with PayPal to return the item to get my money back... the return address turns out to be in CHINA, even though the original order was shipped from within the USA (I'm in the USA); and I have to pay for the shipping.
PayPal doesn't care to see how unethical this is and won't help me.

People, please, just don't buy from this seller... unless you enjoy receiving crappy products that don't live up to their descriptions.

When I made this purchase, I quickly emailed the seller and told them that I would leave them a good review on this site if they could follow through with their promises... so..

Ordered a charger and battery. The wrong charger and a broken battery were delivered, when contacted I was asked to return to different addresses and when I did they went silent, I later found out this was done to void Paypal's refund policies. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered adapter from Canada. Even thought my order clearly states that adapter will be with round tip I received 11 days later the one with octagonal tip.

Asking for a correct adapter with envelope included for the wrong one to be returned did not work. They asked me to return the wrong one to Chine (even though it was shipped from California) and after they receive it they will ship back right adapter. Just unbelievable.

Disappointing is that PayPal did not help they just told me the same thing LaptopBatteryLife did. I will never use LaptopBatteryLife again and hoping we'll have alternative for PayPal soon.

Buyer beware! I have learned my lesson. I will ALWAYS check reviews before ordering anything on line again. These guys are scammers! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them!

I concur with all the other reviews that have been written. I ordered an adapter and tried to change my order less than 24 hours later. They said it had already been shipped. I paid for expedited shipping three weeks ago. Still no adapter has arrived. I've sent them numerous emails asking for a response and even canceled my order and still no adapter or response. Next step is my bank to dispute the charges and then report them to a consumer advocate agency. Wow! I am amazed at how many complaints and reports of fraud have been documented and yet they are still in the business of stealing people's money and nothing is being done about it. That infuriates me! This review is my only recourse, but I am still out the $29.50 plus S&H fees for receiving nothing but frustration.

8/2/15 - I disputed the charges with my credit union many months ago. They said they couldn't reverse the charges because the company provided proof that the adapter had been delivered and received. That was an outright lie that I explained to my bank. They still couldn't help me. So, here it is 5 months later, since I first posted this review and still no adapter and no refund. I've since accepted it and moved on. It's still not right or fair. Is this really the world we live in? This company is ripping people off and gets to stay in business and keep ripping people off, even after numerous complaints. I don't get it!:-(

Dishonest Merchant Avoid at all cost – Read the reviews, they lie about having customer support available on chat, and you can only contact them by email. Then it took a week for them to respond. Their web site said a battery would fit my laptop and it didn't, when I contacted them they said to return the battery which I did at my own expense. Then they wanted to double charge me for the right battery. It is unfortunate there are site like this on the internet. They give a black eye to all the reputable merchants.

Purchased battery Toshiba laptop. I checked the company's UK address and all seemed OK. However the battery was shipped from China and didn't work and on further investigation the addresses given on the web site are false. Their Europe address is given as 1000 N Circular Rd, London, NW2 7JP, United Kingdom which is in fact Big Yellow Self Storage. Got a decent battery from a UK vendor for approximately the same price with genuine warranty.

I would go along with the rest of the reviews and say stay away from this site. I tried to cancel within an hour of ordering the item and they wouldn't accept the cancellation. Next notice is 'dispatched'. When I got the item which was actually good timing, it was not the model I ordered. There was an invoice with it which turned out to be from an ebayer. I called them up and they said that what the company is doing is buying off eBay and selling for exorbitant prices. I paid 3x the cost indicated on the ebayer's invoice. And what I got was a universal adapter that weighs almost as much as my mini. So much for ease of taking places. The company won't respond to emails. The ebayerI spoke to said he was going to look into blocking the buyer.

Battery does not work, their solution and all other solutions on the internet do not work. Customer service is sorely lacking as they have not replied in two days to provide a return authorization and refund under their 30 day money back guaranteed. Now going through the PayPal resolution process. The PayPal resolution process enable bad suppliers like this, by complicating the process, issues instruction counter to the supplier and then cancel the resolution with out reading updates to the resolution. I finally filed a complaint against PayPal with the Better Business Bureau and I had a refund the next day. Imagine that! The PayPal emblem is no guarantee of anything except someone will try and take your money if you let them.

I have never received my laptop charger. 3 times I have been given bogus / fake tracking numbers or tracking numbers that all mysteriously disappear and get lost.

I am now having to go through the painfully difficult Paypal resolution centre to get my money back.

Cowboys - AVOID TO DEAL WITH THEM!
Sent me the wrong battery for my hp laptop and that wrong battery was damaged (cracked cover) in any case.
We are based in the UK and their email answers come to us between 9pm am 5am, which does not facilitate communication.
Emails answers are not professional (I assumed I was buying from a business, I guess my mistake...): they don't seem to know what they have sent, if they could send the correct part and when anything might happen anytime. I am not holding my breath for a refund although I have filed a complaint through paypal and have had to go somewhere else for my battery.
Bad service, bad communication - why are these people left trading?!?!

Battery failed after less than one year. They have failed to respond to 2 attempts to contact them. Via email and via their website form. Warranties only work if you honor them. Going thru Amex to get my money back.

I bought a battery and even paid for extended warranty. Within a few months, the battery swelled up and fail. Over six months later, I still don't have the replacement or even an acknowledgment of my issue. I paid money to avoid just this hassle. I have email repeatedly and only once did someone email back that they would get to it. Never have, I'm still hassling them.
STAY AWAY! Dishonest company.

I also wish I had read the reviews before purchasing a new battery from this company. When they sent the battery it was the incorrect size - my fault as I had only given them the make/model of my laptop. However, I waited for almost 3 weeks for a Return Merchandise Authority number (RMA)- despite my numerous & almost daily emails, they would side track my request by asking for the details of the correct battery repeatedly! It became ludicrous as I had given them the same details at least 3 times and had still not received an RMA from them. Finally they sent the RMA & I returned the battery at my own cost. Today I received an invoice for an apparent price difference for the replacement battery plus shipping costs- however, I am now being charged for a completely different battery that has not yet arrived! I advised via the online customer service email facility that I will return the battery and want a refund for my original purchase. It will be interesting to note their response if I receive one at all. I intend to clog their online email inbox up with my request on a daily basis.
