I hammered them with daily emails and also left messages on their website - I finally got a response some weeks later.

After eight months of zero effective communication from them, I gave up. However I posted reviews about their company wherever I could. Hopefully we can dissuade anyone else from buying anything from them.

I filed a complaint with Paypal and they eventually sent me the correct battery (I think it was a month later) but with no communication in between so... I had already bought another battery from someone else... you might be lucky and they might come good eventually... or not.

Stop payment, file a dispute if you used a credit card. If you used PayPal you will have to follow their process. Good luck with PayPay, they seem to enable suppliers like this and complicate the process and then refuse to honor their guarantee to refund. PayPal asked me to send the item back to some nebulous address in China even after I told them I returned it, per the sellers instruction to New Jersey. Long story short, if you want you money back you have a bigger butt then PayPal or the supplier. PayPal finally refunded my money one day after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Sincerely, just give up and find someone else to help you. They won't. They are non-responsive and dishonest. I ordered an adapter in February that never arrived. They lied about it being delivered on three occasions. Just accept that they aren't going to help you and move on.

You won't get any joy from the supplier. Paypal will refund if you file a complaint and post a really negative review on Paypal site. Don't buy from these guys, the products are rubbish.

They did give me a refund but only after I kept after them. If you paid with a credit card or Paypal, contact them also.
