Is there a UK phone number I can try and get in touch with these guys? I have a faulty battery which I want to replace after ordering it from them, it is covered under their warranty, but I have tried emailing, live messaging etc... but heard nothing back.:-(

Afraid you won't get any where. Try your retailer for a refund. PayPal and Amazon should help. Establish a complaint with both if that's how you bought it.

I only corresponded with them via email. Like Graham said, escalate it with Paypal/Amazon.

I am still having ongoing issue with them - I expect that i e lost my money and that's it. Please do share if you get anywhere though.
