I'm enough satisfied

It took approx 3 weeks to get my order (I live in Finland) and I got what I wanted. Well the quality is not the best but I wasn't even expecting much. This is enough for me. I'm happy.

The waiting game

I bought a bag last year (2018) during Black Friday, I've been waiting ever since then turns out that they have me the wrong "tracking number because their company in china made a mistake" now they want me to pay the shipping fee again, they gave me the option of a "free reshipment" or a "refund". I told them that I wanted a free reshipment then they said they couldn't. I asked for a refund they told they can't but they can offer store credit. I AM LOSING IT! IF THIS COULD BE A ZERO STAR RATING< THIS WOULD BE IT.

Okay Experience

Kokopiecoco is a great site with aesthetically pleasing items! I ordered during Black Friday so I knew what I was getting myself into. I got my things within the business time period at 24 business days. BUT I do have to say that I didn't even receive a tracking number till like almost 15 days after my order. But even when I did get my tracking number it didn't tell me much anyways! All it said was that my items were still in China and it had left to Shanghai mind you it's been 15 days. Couple days later I check again and it's been shipped to the U. S okay everything's fine right? No. I still don't know the location of my package and where it may be all I know is that it got shipped to the U. S and I can't even track it anymore cause the tracking number is supposedly only for the Chinese market system. So other than that my experience was okay. The skirts I had order came in great condition but I would much rather next time order off of another site unless you want to be clueless almost all of the time of where your package is and want it to come in your mailbox as a surprise.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered two skirts, both SMALL, and the first skirt fit well but the second one was soooo tight, it was so ridiculous because they're both SMALL. And as soon as I got them I sent them an email for an exchange, but now it's been 4 days already since I sent them two emails and I haven't gotten any reply! This website is so unprofessional, lowkey a scam. Don't ever buy from here, the items are so overpriced you can just reverse search their products in google and find similar ones for cheaper in AliExpress.

This company is terrible. I made an order for a dress and duffle bag at the end March, the total came out to 89$. A day later i received a tracking number for the duffel bag but not the dress, I watched the tracking number everyday after and it did not move from where it came from. A week later i got an email saying that my duffel bag was not available and they would send me another bag. This was not a problem for me so I agreed to it, but then I asked about my dress and they said it had a long process time so it would take four weeks. So i waited for my items to get to me, but it took almost month until I got fed up of waiting, so i sent a DM on instagram and they said they would send me a tracking number for my order and thats all they could do, but I did not get one like they said I would. They also sent me another email a day later to tell me that my bag is not available (which i knew) and that my dress not is not available, (which is what I really wanted and waited for) So now this just pisses me off because I am getting false information and just the fact that I had to contact them for this information is very unprofessional. It is now May, (a whole month later) I am getting a full refund (hopefully) and never purchasing anything from this company ever again. They spend so much time on their site and posting instagram photos that their process and customer service is spotty and sloppy.

They try to hard.

I made an account for this website SPECIFICALLY to write a review on kokopie. I have ordered from them on Black Friday of 2017, 3 items equaled to $90. I just want to point out that first of all their items are really expensive. I ordered a pair of jeans, one t shirt and one long sleeve shirt. I honestly don't think they are the highest quality that they always claim in their instagram posts. The stuff were pretty cute I guess but most of their items you can find something similar to on aliexpress and cheaper. I saw a couple of their jackets there for really cheap: a price that they're supposed to be.
The shipping takes so long. Why? Because their stuff is from China. Just like how aliexpress is. They are a small store (they even told me this through dm) but have a long way to go in terms of their clothing designs, shipping, customer service and clothing quality. All their instagram posts are "which design do you like?" Like they are original... they aren't. So don't waste your time ordering from them. Rude.
Oh btw. You don't make an account for shopping so I don't feel good about that. It's not secure.

I was so excited to order some clothes through kokopieshop after following them on Instagram for a while. I had the impression that they were a reputable company with high quality clothing and it's based in the U.S. and so I didn't feel worried about buying from them. I ordered about six items, and of course, they forget to send me the one item I wanted the most- a sheer jacket. So, I emailed them telling them that I received my package and that the order slip listed my missing jacket on it. They replied to me a day later asking for me to send a picture of my order slip, which I proceeded to do. It's been four days and I haven't heard a thing since then. I've sent out two more emails in attempt to get some contact but still nothing. I am very much disappointed by this experience, as I was hopeful that kokopieshop would be as good as it looked (especially for the high prices!). But for a company that claims it is "high quality", its customer service is horrendous. I would not reccomend buying from them at all.

I ordered 3 pieces from Kokopie a few months ago. I've always loved their brand and was happy I was able to add some of their clothing to my closet! I ordered the sheer jacket, eyelet jeans, and plaid suit set.

I usually wear a size L-XL or 10-12 US dress sizes, pants size 30.

The sheer jacket I ordered in a medium. It showed up within a week from Philly. This piece is an 11\10. Sizing is great, design is gorgeous and unique, and the shipping was fast!

The eyelet jeans I ordered in a 3X, the largest size they had. I usually would have ordered an XL but with some of these trendy shops you never know if the plus sized clothing will be true to tag. The jeans were being shipped from China, which the shop owner told me, so they took about 3 weeks to arrive. The tag had a size 31 on them, which isn't a truly plus sized. While the jeans are tight they do fit and they are gorgeous.

The plaid set I ordered during their preorder and it was also being shipped from China. They took around 2 months to arrive, but I was in constant contact with the shop owner who gave me updates all along the way. I ordered an XL, the largest size available. This was a two piece set, a jacket and pants. The jacket, while tight did fit, unfortunately the pants did not. I would estimate they were close to a size 6-8 US. I ended up gifting the set to a friend who adores it.

Overall my experience was very positive. If it weren't for the unpredictable sizing this review would be a 5.

EXTREMELY shady company

I ordered a pair of boots from KokoPie back on Black Friday, with intensions of having them come in time for a festival I was going to in mid December.

About two weeks after placing the order, I received an e-mail from the company with a fake tracking number in it, I continued to patiently wait over the days to see if it would be shipped. I sent several e-mails, all of which were ignored.

THREE months later, I still had not received my boots. I decided to call my bank and have a chargeback made on my behalf for the money I wasted. Coincidentally, two days after contacting my bank and having them contact KokoPie, my boots showed up in the mail.

KokoPie then sent me an e-mail yesterday, accusing me of having taken my money back even though they have "proof" that my boots were shipped and delivered. They also threatened me, telling me I better send the money back and that they submitted evidence to the bank that I "lied". I find it very suspicious that the package came three months later only after I had my bank get involved.

Needless to say, I am not giving them my money back, my package should have been delivered ages ago.

DO NOT purchase from this company by any means! Nothing but scammers.

A bit of a risk

I've always loved the type of clothes they sell in this shop, so naturally I fell in love with most of the stuff. I bought a couple of shirts last summer, including a translucent jacket that they were selling for free that day. So far, I had no problem. Still my favorite shirts to this day. The jacket was a bit low quality and it ripped easily, but it was free to I couldn't complain. When my birthday came around in December I ordered three things: a pair of boots, a skirt, and a sweater. After a few months, the skirt and the shoes got here, but not the sweater. We waited and waited, but it never got here. When we emailed them, they said it was supposed to come with the skirt. Okay? That doesn't help. We emailed them once again, said that they were checking the security cameras in the warehouse. We still haven't gotten a response to this day. This may have been the 1% of times this happens, but I'm still quite upset about this because the sweater was about $30 we never even got a refund, or any info on what even happened. Not worth the risk if you ask me.

This company is so $#*! at showing you your shipping prices.
I originally bought a shirt which was on sale for $13.99, and the shipping was $19.50!
$19.50 FOR SHIPPING. AND THE ITEM WAS IN SALE.

IN US DOLLARS. I LIVE IN AUSTRALIA.

When you buy the item, the shipping price doesn't even come up, it only comes up AFTER you buy the item. They also don't even convert the prices, or put US' next to prices, so you just assume you don't have to convert the prices.
