A completely dishonest company. (5 months. FIVE. MONTHS.)

I had a terrible experience with this company.

I was drawn in by some very positive reviews on this site, posted in 2018.

In early 2019, I ordered two items from them, but I was shipped 2 different items. This wasn't a big deal, accidents happen, so I emailed them to ask how to get my items.

I gave them all the information I had. I photographed the items as they asked. I even found the exact names and sale prices of the items I received, to help them figure out whose order they sent me. I was polite and unassuming. I did everything right, and then some.

They told me I could keep the items accidentally shipped to me, and would not have to return them. Then I could request either store credit, or a free reshipment of my order. I chose a free reshipment.

They told me they were processing the request. I checked in a week later, and they said they'd shipped it, and tracking would be made available when the package reached my country.

I checked in weeks later only to find that they had not, in fact, shipped it. They said there had been a "problem."

They asked again if I would like store credit, or a free reshipment. I asked for the reshipment.

Once more, they said they were processing the request. I gave them several weeks, and they gave me no updates. I asked for a refund.

They told me again I could have store credit, or a free reshipment.

This process continued for 5 months.

Eventually they just stopped replying to me.

I don't believe they had any intention of reshipping my order. They just want to string you along until it's too late to file a complaint with your bank. (I'm sure it's just a coincidence they only accept cards, not Paypal).

If I'd accepted store credit, maybe I could have gotten something else from them for my troubles. But on principle, I refuse to give them another cent. They've taken enough of my money.

I started checking review sites again, and found that more and more negative reviews for this company being posted. I wish I'd listened to the skeptics before I ordered from these scammers. Hell, I wish I'd posted this review sooner. Maybe I could have saved someone else from making the same mistakes I did.

Also, the order they accidentally sent me? They got that one wrong, too. The order sheet I used to give them the item names also listed a third item that was missing from the package. Even if they'd sent it to the right person, they still screwed it up.
