I ordered about 3 years ago at this point just before the COVID pandemic hit in 2020. I placed my order around February of 2020, to be specific. My order was about $100 worth of items ($92 in total, including the expensive-$#*! $30 shipping fee), which I bought using a gift card (because of this, I was never able to get my money back). Only 1 of the 4 items I ordered ever ended up arriving over the 3 years. The website is a total scam and I seriously do not suggest EVER buying from here. You will lose so much money. Aliexpress and Amazon are safer options. I am still so upset about losing $92 to this day.

Ordered an item that cost nearly double when you added shipping, first red flag. After 80 days I sent an email with zero response. I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute and sent an email letting them know that. They amazingly responded within 24 hours after that was sent. I will be getting a refund they say. I will watch for it.

I bought 2 pairs of pants from here, it came in a semi decent amount of time and I believe it would have been worth the wait if they were actually my size. I checked measurements multiple times and made sure I ordered the right size and the pants waist measurements were both 2" to 3" less than it states on their website and size chart for the size I ordered. I emailed customer service and was talking to koko herself and she asked for proof that the measurements were off. She asked for a flat lay photo with the measuring tape at the waist, which I provided. After providing the first few photos she told me I wasn't laying the pants flat enough. Okay sure whatever, maybe it appeared that way in the photos due to the taper design at the waist so I sent her more photos until I've sent about 8 photos at this point and she still refused to believe that I was measuring correctly. I have my own shop so I'm well aware of how to take proper measurements. It was slightly offensive that she assumed I was trying to trick or mislead her into issuing a refund. I would've had to send the pants back to her anyway, so it wouldn't make sense to even lie about measurements when she would be able to have the pants back herself and could even check the measurements herself before issuing the refund. I just stopped responding to her because she was rude asf, and resold the pants to someone else while providing the ACTUAL correct measurements, to get my money back since koko basically refused to refund me. The pants were great quality and everything but she didn't take responsibility for her mistake and assumed I was being dishonest when I was actually super excited to support her shop, and what I thought was a sustainable buisness. I loved that she doesn't use sweatshops. Come to find out she actually utilizes a sweat shop in China according to the other reviews? So my original reasons for wanting to support her shop
Turned out to not even be factual. Horrible expierence. Being nice goes a long way, and if she hadn't acted the way she did towards me I would've still been a supporter of her shop but her behavior completely turned me off and was disappointing.

A while ago, I bought a cardigan on their black Friday sale in November of 2019, it is now January 2022 I definitely outgrew the cardigan, and no arrival, my mother bought it for me as a gift and it was $40 0r $50 I don't exactly remember!

I sent them an email giving them the information to track the order (my mother's information because I did not buy it through my own email) and they said I never purchased anything there which is total bull$#*!!

If you're reading this and you've seen good reviews trust me it's like gambling, maybe you'll get your order or maybe you won't DO NOT risk it!

I've bought from Kokopie in 2017 and everything was great and shipped really fast and the quality was really good. Also I really appreciated the original designs made by the owner. I reordered from them on november 2020 and after 1 year I asked for a refund because the items was never produced by the factory (even though they were listed in the site). I've got the refund but for me this company is dead.

Their tracking numbers are FICTITIOUS! Bought a product and have never received it. They change tracking numbers. I believe they are Scamming people.

I ordered from this site for a Black Friday sale. It is now April and I have not received anything. Currently figuring out how to get my money back. Beware

I ordered 2 things for black friday.

A transparent jacket and a sweat. The delivery costed as much as the two articles together, that should've set red flags. It's been 6 months, 6 fricking months, me and my mother have tried to email Kokopie but their excuse was "It was holidays so we couldn't launch your delivery/Our providers are in China so it's not our fault if they take their time"
I don't even want a response from Kokopie, I want my money back.
Because it costed me 61 bucks, from my pocket.

I ordered Tumblr-Aesthetic PIKAPIKA on December 5th 2019 and it is now March 15 2020 and still have not received it. In the description it states final production USA and ships from USA. Now they won't give me my money back and tell me to order something that ships from USA to get in a reasonable time. My order # is ******* and they just give me the runaround. They will not call me stating that they have no phones. I have asked for a supervisor to contact me but no answer to that request. I would never use this site again.

I ordered an item from Kokopie on December 4th for a friend's Christmas present. I received an order confirmation but never got a shipment notice so, as the holiday neared, I messaged them to see if my item had shipped without a notification. No response. Fast forward into January, I reached out again (I included order # and item description in my correspondence both times) and still nothing. It's now March and, after still absolutely no response, I had to retract my payment via my bank. Don't risk it!

I spent a great amount of money on a hoodie from this site: I ordered a year ago. When the item hadn't arrived four months later, I wrote them and asked about it. They were nice and told me oh! The item in question is a preorder item, still in progress of production, and will be sent out as soon as possible!' Mind you, absolutely no where on the site I bought it from it said anything about the hoodie being a preorder item or anything! In fact it stated the longest time, that could pass, between me receiving the item would be 25 days!
To this day I still haven't received anything. - It is 100% a scam, and I am greatly disappointed. I have contacted them again, asking for a refund: I bet you they will ignore that message too.

TL; DR
Do not buy anything from this site: The service is horrible and I bet you they are scamming you. Already the items are a bit pricey, but other than that you either receive something terrible or don't receive your order at all. I repeat, do not trust this firm!
