It was my first time buying off of kokopie and I just love their products so much! The design is so so pretty and I'm so happy I was finally able to buy the top I've always wanted to have (I've been looking at kokopie shop for years) the quality is really nice and the shipping was fast although i ordered internationally it arrived very soon. The prices are so fair regarding how good the quality of the products are. What i love the most about kokopie is that their designs are very unique and all very aesthetic and cute!
I bought a skirt, backpack and socks from this site and love all of them! The skirt is way thicker than expected, and the backpack has so many compartments, the quality was just way beyond what I expected. I got the skirt on promotion so it was free, and they do promotions all the time making the products great value for money! Which makes up for the shipping costs to Australia which are a tad expensive.
I had a very positive experiences on this site! The shipping was faster than I expected, and the pants I bought were in great condition when they arrived!
The quality of the items from kokopie is impressive, it's worth the cost! The fabric is soft and very comfortable to wear. I absolutely love their designs too!

Kokopie is an honest and high quality shop. I've purchased over $500 worth of items from them and I have never been disappointed. Most of the haters of Kokopie are not aware of how small business function. Their products are relatively expensive compared to forever 21, H&M, and Hollister. This is because the items are originally designed and ethically made. Their shipping prices are also higher because it's an individual team shipping and processing your items. Not Chinese workers that are paid horribly and suffer in sweatshops. I wouldn't be writing this if I didn't care about small businesses like Kokopie. Please think before you complain, harass, or hate on a creator.
I've only ordered from Kokopie once, but I'll definitely be back to buy more. The style is difficult to find in store and not be breaking-the-bank expensive. I truly appreciate that they care for the quality and customer experience. I've ordered clothing from online stores before and I've received clothing that could barely stand 4 washes without the print falling off or seams breaking. With Kokopie, the clothing I bought is literally at the front of my closet because they're now apart of my go-tos. Everything that I had purchased has been great! I'd definitely recommend!
I was a bit afraid of ordering due to a number of complaints and accusation of the company being a scam. I bought a pink baseball jacket and a ramen patch through first class shipping. However, the price for the items + shipping was double expensive in comparison to their price written on the website. I'm just thankful that after many times I questioned Kokopie's intention, I still received my order!
I have ordered from Kokopiecoco multiple times, I think I've ordered two sweaters and a backpack all separately. I received the backpack on time, I use it regularly and it's held up well. The other sweater I ordered showed up on a timely basis, and it was good quality. I had an issue once with the last sweater I ordered, I think a month elapsed since the order was confirmed and nothing had changed on the tracking website. I contacted the store and told them what happened and they made sure they shipped the sweater, and I also got an additional duplicate of it in the mail layer that same week (I don't know how that happened haha) but anyways, I would order from them again.
Ive bought items from this company twice and had great experiences! I live in the U.S. and the clothes arrived within a week. Shipping can be a little pricey. However, people need to understand mailing items does cost money. When you buy from this store you are paying for quality so in the end i think its worth it. Also, the ethics behind this company is amazing! The designer is wonderful and kind. The picture below is of the first order i ever made with this company 2 years ago. The designs are not faded and the skirt is so comfy
A while ago, I bought a cardigan on their black Friday sale in November of 2019, it is now January 2022 I definitely outgrew the cardigan, and no arrival, my mother bought it for me as a gift and it was $40 0r $50 I don't exactly remember!
I sent them an email giving them the information to track the order (my mother's information because I did not buy it through my own email) and they said I never purchased anything there which is total bull$#*!!
If you're reading this and you've seen good reviews trust me it's like gambling, maybe you'll get your order or maybe you won't DO NOT risk it!

If you order from Kokopie, you'll pay a $15 shipping fee for items that take an outrageous amount of time to ship. 2-5 business days? More like 2-5 months. Customer service is a joke... you may never receive your items at all, and definitely won't receive any response from them by email. I've requested a refund, but will likely have to contact my bank to have the charges removed. Don't make my mistake, read customer reviews online before doing business with this shady company.
The black Friday sale was on with international shipping now(at the time of typing this) 5 days ago.
I checked out with what was supposed to be a total of 29 dollars. I have my card info saved and clicked the payment, sending it to the next screen where the page told me I had just paid 50+ dollars! I emailed kokopie with the issue immidiatly and waited 4 days before sending another email with the added explanation that I had received the confirmation order but not the shipped order,(and that if I did not receive a response I would look into countermeasures) into the thread where they answered the next day saying that they would not be refunding me due to the fact it was a sale. Not only was this nowhere under the sale portion (until I looked at a different item today for the cyber Monday sale(it's Wednesday now)) it's still not under the actual items I ordered.

I live in the U. K. And usually the long wait is expected with USA indie stores so I'm very accepting of the month+ wait. What got me was I got charged nearly £20 for shipping initially and on top of that the Royal Mail are asking for £15 to even collect the item and take it home. This is absolutely outrageous! They didn't pay the fees to send it to me so now I have to pay the fees. For a second time. I'm in two minds whether or not to just Jib it off and ask for the money back or to actually collect it cause I really do want the item. Overall this is an absolutely appalling service. Never had anything like this happen with online shopping and it's disgusting.

Ordered an item late April 2020. Order confirmed, item supposed to ship. Several contacts asking for status answered with "COVID 19 delay" excuses. No update given as promised. Contacted June asking for refund. They refuse to refund because the item was "on sale", but will issue a store credit?

I have ordered from Kokopie many times, with few problems. Everytime there was a problem, customer service was very nice and quick to help. Kokopie has very good quality clothing and such a wide variety of clothing styles. I only wish the shipping was cheaper. Overall: a great company :)

Disappointed and why no phone number to call them! I ordered two items for my granddaughter for Christmas. I received one on the invoice was hand written note that the other was shipped separately. Never received shipping advice or the other item. I have emailed them five times no reply no information on the second item I paid for. Answer: They held a survey' on instagram. You had to DM the owner with a picture of one of their items, they would as you questions and you would get a free gift. After the questions, which were about quality, shipping ect, there was no free gift. If you left a review on this site you had a CHANCE to win a free gift.
