I saw on there site that they had free socks. So of course I wanted to get them. When I went to checkout it was charging me with a large parcel item costing 9 dollars. So I was confused thinking that socks aren't a large item. I thought they made a mistake. So I went to their Instagram to ask why this was happening. And they replied to me in a very rude way saying that I can't get it for completely free (as I already knew that). They told me that small item shipments cost 9 dollars and so on. So I told them that they should relable the shipping on their site ( because mine said large item 9 dollars). They told me NOT TO BUY FROM THEM IF I DON'T LIKE IT. Like come on how rude can this company be. And then they started blasting me on their Instagram saying how I'm a cheapskate and how I'm attacking them and being a hater. I wrote back to them saying that I didnt mean to be rude and explained my situation again. I got no response.
I will never ever buy from this site. They are completely rude and don't have a good customer service. They ended up blocking me and deleted my comments from that post because I commented this link " kokoissues.tumblr.com " how pathetic are these people. I would've given them 0 Stars if I could.

I ordered a phone case on Black Friday and it hasn't even shipped yet. I sent at least 4 emails and have yet to get a reply. Would not recommend.
OKAY SO. If you live in the US, youre fine to order from kokopie. If in the UK, I wouldnt reccomend it because a lot of customers in the UK have problems getting their stuff to successfully pass the border.

Hi Im Kali. I ordered some tights, and a skirt+shirt outfit set on November 17th. Its now 12/16 and shipping still hasnt updated since label created and a bunch of people on their instagram are having the same experience I am. I got into contact with them a while ago, and they said that shipping was delayed because of the holidays which is understandable because what store ISNT impacted by black Friday sales. Its just annoying because I thought I wouldnt have to wait this long for three items. When I click on view order from my email, on kokopies website it shows my order in PA which is why the delay is believeable. Just annoying that such a high quality shop wasnt prepared for black Friday smh gimme my $#*! rn I want it
I bought 2 pairs of pants from here, it came in a semi decent amount of time and I believe it would have been worth the wait if they were actually my size. I checked measurements multiple times and made sure I ordered the right size and the pants waist measurements were both 2" to 3" less than it states on their website and size chart for the size I ordered. I emailed customer service and was talking to koko herself and she asked for proof that the measurements were off. She asked for a flat lay photo with the measuring tape at the waist, which I provided. After providing the first few photos she told me I wasn't laying the pants flat enough. Okay sure whatever, maybe it appeared that way in the photos due to the taper design at the waist so I sent her more photos until I've sent about 8 photos at this point and she still refused to believe that I was measuring correctly. I have my own shop so I'm well aware of how to take proper measurements. It was slightly offensive that she assumed I was trying to trick or mislead her into issuing a refund. I would've had to send the pants back to her anyway, so it wouldn't make sense to even lie about measurements when she would be able to have the pants back herself and could even check the measurements herself before issuing the refund. I just stopped responding to her because she was rude asf, and resold the pants to someone else while providing the ACTUAL correct measurements, to get my money back since koko basically refused to refund me. The pants were great quality and everything but she didn't take responsibility for her mistake and assumed I was being dishonest when I was actually super excited to support her shop, and what I thought was a sustainable buisness. I loved that she doesn't use sweatshops. Come to find out she actually utilizes a sweat shop in China according to the other reviews? So my original reasons for wanting to support her shop
Turned out to not even be factual. Horrible expierence. Being nice goes a long way, and if she hadn't acted the way she did towards me I would've still been a supporter of her shop but her behavior completely turned me off and was disappointing.
The material is amazing i got a yellow sunflower hoodie but it took so long to make it and get to my addressa

I wanted to add this to the rest of my review: I followed up on the missing tights from my order, they said they wouldn't just send them out despite it being an oversight on their part but would give store credit/refund, but I offered to cover shipping costs because I did really want them still. They sent me a link to pay for shipping costs, which added any additional $20USD because it added additional USPS shipping but they said they'd refund if I paid, I asked for a store credit instead, figuring it would be easier. The store credit goes through a site called Shopify, which you need to have a business acct to use and I don't have a login, so tried paying for the shipping costs again and ask for the refund on the extra, site wouldn't process my cc payment now.
It sucks because I still do want the tights but the backing and forthing is a pain in the $#*! considering I didn't mess up the order in the first place and was trying to be accommodating. I still like the items I did receive but man is their CSR process... something smh

Answer: They held a survey' on instagram. You had to DM the owner with a picture of one of their items, they would as you questions and you would get a free gift. After the questions, which were about quality, shipping ect, there was no free gift. If you left a review on this site you had a CHANCE to win a free gift.
