Top rate retail store for your needs & wants

I have thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experiences with Kohl's! The most accommodating staff and top rate products with great deals and service. Of course, my local store is my favorite. An 11 out of 10!

I opened a Kohl's account 3 years ago to establish credit. I have excellent payment history. My goal was $3000 credit availability. I paid off my account in full 10 days ago. According to Kohls credit online, my payment posted 8 days ago and cleared my bank 7 days ago. Yet my account still shows a negative balance. My goal was to raise my score from fair to good, so that I can get a car loan with a better interest rate this week. But tomorrow the credit agencies will report my current score, and because Kohl's wont update my credit status, my credit report will reflect a negative balance. That, plus the fact that I haven't been able to use my Kohl's credit to make any purchases because it is showing that I dont have any available credit, even though I paid almost $3000 ten days ago. For that, I'm out. I will cut my card in half, open a Macy's account and boycott Kohl's for life.

In Love

I am sooo in love with this site. I do all my Christmas, Birthday, Anniversary, etc shopping on here. It is so easy. 30% off, birthday coupons, rewards dollars, Kohl's cash... what is not to love.

I even received 3 pairs of kids shoes around Christmas time. I called to notify them that I received them incorrectly. They verified that they were not charged to my account and told me to donate them to someone who could use them. I donated them to the Angel Network at my sons elementary school that helps clothes and feed kids in the school that cannot afford to do so.

The only negative I have is that they need to get some new buyers for the women's (plus size) clothes. We are not all 70+ and would like some fashionable clothes just like the thinner people

Gotta go! Kohl's.com is waiting.

I was charged $158 on my Kohls CC 12/31/21. They refuse to return the money stating I made the payment. I haven't made a payment on that card in over a year. I spoke with someone in Costa Rica, the Philippines and another country this morning. All three people repeated the other. They said there is no corporate phone number for me to call. There was no way the can refund the payment. This was my favorite store but after this I will never shop there again.

Don't buy anything from this company. I ordered almost 400 bucks in clothes for back to school. I recently moved and had the wrong address on the order. I called directly after the placement and they can't do anything about it. Not ene cancel my order. How I'm I going to get my order that is 5 hours away from my new address. Screw this company! I will never shop here again!

Happy with kohls

I'm a 55 yr old black woman and I just wanted to tell you about the commerical with the little girl and the chalk. That is a beautiful commerical. It makes me smile everytime. I know it's a kohls commerical but it's so much more with everything that's going on. Thank you for that and never stop that commercial. Yet you can always make more like that one. Thank you. I signed up for a Kohl's charge because it said you will get 35% off if approved. I got a code to use, however I got no Credit Card number to use in which you need to place an online order. I never even got a confirmation with a credit line either. What kind of place is this?

Ridiculous
October 13, 2022

Ordered 4 items and one was cancelled. They never let me know that and had to find out myself. I also got 4 alerts from my capitol one card. Had confusing amounts on my card. Asked customer service about it and the girl could bearly speak English. She kept putting me on hold. Explained they refunded my money. Well then what was the other random charges on my credit card?! Why was I not refunded the same amount I paid for what was cancelled? Why all these other random charges? I hung up on her. Keep my money because I won't be shopping here again. Especially NEVER online here again. Thought I was saving money when I sure was not. Thought I was getting shoes for $20 when they are $60 at walmart, but no to that as well. She could not even tell me why they were cancelled.

Placed a big order online, had to change my address bc of a move, looked online to see when it would be delivered and noticed the address did not change to my new one and only a partial shipment was sent. I went back into my account and realized I had not saved it so I take responsiblity for that. This was the next day. Called right away to see if they could intercept the rest of the order that had not gone out and change the address on it. Nope! First of all the lady I talked to was very hard to understand so I kept saying "I cannot understand you so please repeat it". She informed me that when they received the order back from my old address they would refund me the money. I then said I would rather have the clothing than my money back. She said that was not am option AND that it would take 30 days for my refund. W Can someone tell me why it takes 30 days for a refund? The company doesn't wait 30 days for the payment. Not happy with KOHL'S at all.

Every day's a sale day

Kohl's has a wide range of things we all need. Without the likes of Kohl's we would be at a disadvantage Not just for their site, but for a dying breed of location based retailers. So if the locations die so will the site.
I've gotten some great deals but I prefer pricing that better reflects the market price so that if it is discounted, you're getting a discount. But I understand this kind of marketing and would sorely miss Kohl's if it wasn't around.

I love buying clothes at Kohls because their quality is good and the prices are great, especially when they have sales. The staff here at the Killeen store is always helpful and makes the effort to think one step further to make my shopping experience easier.

Thieves and Scammers
August 24, 2020

These guys are thieves. They send wrong statements to wrong addresses (bad addresses, some of which don't even exist) and then a few months later all of a sudden they ruin your credit report claiming you were late in payments and even after it's been settled and they discovered their mistake they never remove their erroneous credit report. They are thieves and scammers.

Kohls online chat does not help you for crap they are useless on there useless you will never get help threw chat they always want you to call some other number no body got time for that! You have the live chat and or calling a phone # option you have options and should be able to utilize both options and get the help you need using either way since there offered I hope their business and sales go done. Learn to help people and not cause them more frustrations and headaches!

So their sales they have 24 7 are all lies, bought a toy 26 dollars for same Wal-Mart toy when Wal-Mart wanted only 8.99, they are a rip off. You will notice how they always have sales, which isn't true it their real price to make you want to buy it more don't fall for their scam.

I bought items for $78, unfortunately did not have any coupon for discount, after 1 week I found a coupon for 15 % discount in retailmenot.com, I went and showed my receipt in the customer service, they gave me 15 % discount and paid me back $11.07. They made my day, three cheers to Kohl's for being pro-customer store.

Great Rewarding Company

Cares about the customer and rewards the consumer by giving back Kohl's Cash. They also support Charity with valued items to purchase that your children enjoy as the are giving to others to help them as well. The give and take-the American Way.

I shop on Kohl's.com every month. I love their speedy shipping... easy returns... and accuracy of the descriptions for the items I have bought. When I finish this review I am headed to their site to use my Kohl's Cash and promo code.

The best store ever!

My online shopping experience with Kohl's is wonderful! They offer a variety of sizes, styles, brands, and you can pay online, have it shipped anywhere or even have it so you can pick it up at the store nearest you. I love Kohl's and all of their items.

Ordered my children's school uniforms. Totaled approx. $300.00. Was told order would be received in 3-5 days. On the 5th day I received a package it had only 1/2 the items ordered. If I had not kept track of my items I would never have known that I was missing some items. There was no communication from company saying that my other items were on the way or back ordered. 5 days later I received an email stating that my order was ready to ship... what? I called company and they said oh yes, you have more items ready to be shipped and they will arrive between September 10 and 15. I asked what happened to the 3-5 days I was promised. They said oh yes about that... these items were in high demand and were back ordered. I asked how come no one from Target contacted me? All I wanted was communication. They said we are too busy to contact every order that is back ordered. Do not like this store or their site...
