I ordered an anniversary gift for my sister June06/11 Today is July07.My sister has not as yet received her gift1 I cannot log into my account, i cannot reset my password, I cannot get through to them by phone. I am worried!
Kitchenniche sent me 2 incorrect items and I tried contacting them several times to ask for either a refund or return to no avail. I would never buy from them again.
I did not receive a few items, response time is slow. I remained committed to communication/follow up and eventually received refund for unsent items

These people are master scammers. I wanted to purchase a "Marcato Atlas 180 pasta machine", no official website has this product since it is out of stock due to the pandemic. But... for some reason this website has them in stock. Before I did any research about this questionable website I made the purchase.
It's been 4 days and my order is still in "processing" in their website status and they charged my card.
I was curious about this website and did a google search about their business, no wonder it's garbage from reviewers.

My wife decided to surprise me and invite guests for a fondue party on the weekend without owning a fondue pot argggg. I started googling reviews and prices and came up with 2 fondue pots at the kitchen niche. I placedthe order late on tuesday and bang immediately got verification next day got the tracking numbers and wow delivered on thursday THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN IN CANADA! Things are lookin up.the pots arrived in perfect condition and just as described. I couldn't find a better deal in canada or in the usa. Thanks kitchen niche i will be shopping again
I found Kitchen Niche site as I was on the hunt for a new larger Mortar and Pestle set. Kitchen Niche carried one that was attractive and at a great price so I placed the order. I appreciated the fact that I could pay using Paypal but what TRULY impressed me was the speed with which the mortar and pestle I ordered arrived. I teach cooking to high school students so I am always on the hunt for new kitchen equipment to have my students use to give them a well rounded experience before moving on to professional cooking institutes. Browsing the Kitchen Niche site I found a wide range of material which I plan to return and purchase for my three cooking programmes. I love how the site is clear and the equipment on sale comes with detailed pictures and description so I can order with peace of mind without having any surprises when the items are delivered. I order online a lot so finding such a rich yet simple to use site has made a whole lot of difference to me. My wife ordered a Marcaro Silver Cookie Press for $78.99. This item was ordered on 12-7-2018 and she paid $7.99 for expedited shipping to get it before Christmas. She received and email from the company on 12-10-2018 that said the order was shipped. Needless to say, Christmas came and went and no cookie press. She sent an email on 12-28 informing the company that she had not received the cookie press. On 1-3-2019 she received and email from Sandra apologizing that it was delayed and confirmed our address (which was correct). On 1-4-2019 Sandra email my wife saying the United States Post Office said there
Have been weather delays and she should receive it in 1-2 days. Well, here we are at 1-18 and no cookie press, no more returning of her emails, or returns of phone calls. If this was a $10 cookie press, I would chock it up to not investigating the company better. I order things all the time where I work and have never been blown off so badly in my life.
Update: We never did receive the item we ordered. However, Roman contacted us and returned our money very quickly. I'm increasing my rating to 3 stars due to the fact that it took quite a lot of back and forth to finally get the money returned. Once Roman was involved things went very quickly and he was very courteous.

I WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING WITH THIS COMPANY. I NEVER RECEIVED WHAT I ORDERED AND HAD TO FILE A CLAIM WITH PAYPAL TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I EMAILED AND CALLED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE.
Tried to place an order using Paypal went to a supposed Paypal login site. Asked me for my date of birth... and the last four of my social. WARNING AS SOMEONE WHO USED TO DO BACKGROUND CHECKS-- IF SOMEONE HAS YOUR POSSIBLE STATE OF BIRTH, DATE OF BIRTH AND LAST FOUR OF YOUR SOCIAL THEY CAN GET YOUR ENTIRE SOCIAL ESPECIALLY WITH THE HELP OF A COMPUTER!
This company provided excellent service and a brilliant product I would highly recommend them and find them exemplary
I ordered an item from them and have made 6 request as to where my order is and I have not got a reply my order number is *******, I'm starting to think this is a scam.
Great customer service. The delivery was speedy delivery with packaging intact. The product was exactly what I was looking for. I am a very satisfied customer!
Dreadful customer service. If there is anything at all wrong with your order you will NEVER get it rectified by any other means than by contacting your credit card company or the better business bureau.
I ordered 4 items, of which I only received 2. Which is fine as they only charged me for the 2 items they shipped. However, when I actually received the order (it was extremely slow shipping), one of the items they sent me was the wrong item and of course it was the smaller, cheaper version. In the package, there was only a cryptic handwritten note saying that they only shipped what items they had in stock. I repeatedly called the company (several times a day) in order to try and get the order corrected and no one ever answered the phone. Not one single time. I also sent numerous emails and I only once received a response from them where they admitted they had sent me the wrong item and that if they offered me a discount, would I take keep the item. I responded no as the item was too small for my purposes and asked them how to return the item and I have not yet received a response back from them and this is over two months later. I'm uncertain if the website is a scam, but it definitely is not a good business nor a business I will ever support again.

I'm sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the service received. Regarding the non-response at our end: I checked our emails and we sent you a reply to each and every one of your emails. Please check your spam or junk mail folder. You can guarantee you that the emails will be there if they are not in your inbox.
As for the delivery time frame: The order was placed on May 22nd and it was shipped on May 23rd. You selected and paid for Regular Ground Shipping which (as indicated) takes up to 8 business days to your location. The parcel was delivered to you on June 3rd, which is business day number 6. (Memorial Day was on May 27 so it's not a business day). Normally, shipments do arrive a a lot quicker but as you can see, it's still within the promised time frame. I would like to mention that we do offer faster shipping methods.

We never claimed to have this particular item in stock. In fact, the products page clearly indicates that this item will be back in stock in early September. It also states that you may order now to reserve theirs.
We have a limited number of them coming in so we allow our customers to order and reserve theirs. This is most certainly not a scam. Our customers seem to enjoy being able to reserve an incoming item for them.
There was also no reason to dispute the charge with your credit card information. It would have been easier for you to just send us and email and tell us to cancel the order. We will now go ahead and cancel it.
