I ordered three of the exact same frame and only got two. I called to have the third one I paid for sent. The first person "sent it to the wrong place" and it was never shipped. The second person I talked to was actually RUDE to me when this was their mistake TWICE. I still have not gotten my money back or my purchase or an email saying they even sent a replacement. You would think that this day and age companies would be working for tour business with some stores closed down but apparently Kirklands does not need their customers. STAY AWAY!

Disappointed
August 8, 2020

I placed an order on July 3, I was told it would be two weeks and I should receive my package. Well I have not as of today. I have been calling every Thursday as I was told that the shipments come in then and I get the same answer, "it's not here yet it is in route". Where is it coming from Tim buck to? What the heck! This is the first and last time I will deal with this company.

4-8 business days it claims for shipping an item, it's been over that so I called to check on a status. No one seems to know the status and the fact that it will take another 4 business days for them to figure out what the status even is! Not to mention when I bought the item it had "FREE SHIPPING" plastered all over the site for all orders over $99. However when placing the order there was no free shipping, in fact, it cost over $40 (!) just to ship it to my house.

I will never order again

I order fall wall sign August 27 and I still don't have I've called 4 times. Was told I should get by certain date and nothing. Was told today they can't give any updated. Never again will I order from Kirkland

Customer service
August 9, 2021

I tracked my package and it said my package was delivered to my front porch. I get home and it's not there nor is there anything on my camera. I call Kirklands customer service and get told I need to dispute it on my credit card and reorder. Are you kidding me!? What kind of customer service is this!? I'll never buy from here again!

I placed an order online to be shipped to my local store over three weeks ago but have yet to receive the order. I called customer service to find out what happened. They informed me that the the item was on back order. No call no email, nothing. My local store has the item by the dozens in store, but won't let me get the item locally and then replace it when the order comes in. I emailed customer service, but they haven't had the courtesy to reply. Still waiting, wondering if my order will ever arrive. This is the last time I order from Kirkland's.
Update, Just received an email that says that it has just shipped May 30th which is a Sunday? And that it could take up to ten days. Pitiful customer service!

I ordered a chandelier on 7/25/20. They charged my card 8/8/20. No email, and on 8/28 still no package. ( I was told 15-18 business day for delivery and with email updates) On 8/31/20 finally an email, but just to say they ordered another one. No explanation. I have called 4 times and they say there is another one on the way. I wanted this by Labor Day weekend and thought I ordered it way in advance. Still no package. 9/17/20

Ordered dinning room tables and 4 chairs 6/9/20. Received the table but no chairs. The salesperson asked me if I wanted to pick up the table, already did? Then classic, " you can call the warehouse for more information". Just wondering why they wouldn't called, I thought we payed Kirkland's. Silly me! Horrible customer service, the warehouse is no better. She tells me "it says processing", obviously it's not processing, still no chairs! Very disappointing! Will never buy from here again!

Will Never Order Again
September 29, 2020

I ordered something August 18,2020, and was told it would reach the store in 15-18 business days- which is already a long time. But I waited. And now it has been 29 business days, or 6 full weeks. I have called the store multiple times and I have emailed customer service 4 times now, they replied once saying it would get there by 20-24 business days. That was 8 days ago. I called the store today and they aren't getting any orders this week, which means the soonest I could even get my order is October 8- that is IF my order is on the shipment! TERRIBLE customer service. Why on earth did they sell me the product if they can't deliver? I am furious and will never shop there again.

I ordered a cute little bench for my front porch from Kirklands on June 14,2020. When it arrived, only the back of the bench was in the box and nothing else. I notified Kirklands of the problem and it took a month to receive a replacement shipment. This time all the parts were included, but the parts were badly damaged in shipping. I returned the bench to their customer service department on July 31,2020, per their instructions. It's been 25 days and I still have not received a refund or any word from their customer service department. I sent another email 5 days ago and still no bench, no word, no refund. It's ridiculous.

NEVER AGAIN

I have yet to receive my order, no update on the status, no email even stating its on its way. Customer service is HORRIBLE, I mean the absolute worst! Using Covid as an excuse when every other business can seem to get their orders out on time. I will NEVER buy from them again! I hope they close down. Won't even allow me to cancel my order because they claim it been packed already! Rated a 1 because 0 wasn't an option!

Bait and Switch!

I ordered three Buffalo checked white pumpkins garlands from Kirklands on August 29th. My credit card was charged right away. After two months waiting and about 3 emails stating, "They're still working on my order" I received a ‘Cancellation' today via email. I called customer service and was told, "My order didn't process all the way through as it should have". The reason for cancelation was, either "I cancelled it" - NO, I didn't pick up the items. - NO, I was never advised that they came in. It couldn't be fulfilled. Really, it took them 2 full months to realize they didn't have these available to fill the order. The worst part is, if I went to their site, (see photo from today; same day as I received a cancellation, and they're there again, offered at a higher price point, yet they can't fulfill MY order. I'm NOT impressed. I always liked what Kirklands offered, but I have ZERO plans to use them for any future purchases. BAD customer service. - BAD style!

Disappointing
June 15, 2020

Ordered a metal chair. It took forever to be delivered. The chair couldn't be put together because there were two left sides. Called to return and replace. The employee on the answering service for this company told me there were no more of these although when you go to the website there is plenty of these chairs! I had to call several times because the prepaid return label would not except my information. Finally today my husband returned this package and I had to call to give FedEx tracking number. The women on the phone was annoyed at me because I didn't have the item number! Never ever would I order from here again. Deb Ciampa

Order shipped in 3 separate shipments, took a month to get the the 3 shipments. None of boxes had packing or bubble wrap. All 3 boxes damaged, 2 had products loose in the boxes busted. Will never order from them again. Not worth all the problems.

Kirklands constantly baffles me with teh slowest order processing and shipping of any store I purchase from online. I sometimes wonder if they are located in CHINA. Their speed on getting orders out and to the customer just SUCKS...

Poor quality picture
January 24, 2020

The Magnolia Cow *******WEB has paint platters on the right ear and the picture had a wrinkle on the side where folded. I sent a review for 3 stars detailed why and the review was there for a second and deleted. 5 out of 8 reviews where listed with 5 stars but others where gone. This a a poor quality store with cheap stuff at an high prices. Loved the picture but felt ripped off.

I have been waiting for my order for over 3 weeks now. They take payment immediately at order, but it seems you have to fight and wait for your items to arrive, if they ever do arrive. I have been calling daily checking on my items, and all I get is a different excuse as to why I have not received them. They also state that since they use their own trucks for delivery, they cannot provide me with a tracking number or estimated arrival date. They also refuse to refund the money and state a refund cannot be given UNTIL THE ITEMS ARRIVE. So, I'm out the money and the items. They seem to be running some sort of scam where their online service holds on to your money for a lengthy amount of time before they ever attempt to ship the items. That's hoping that they eventually do ship them.

Never Again

I've had to contact Kirkland's three times about my order and each time I'm told it's processing to ship and I'll receive a email... what a joke! No package no email and oh I called and instead of continuing to hold for hours requested a call back when I was next in queue lol that call came three days later I'll never do business with them again it's over priced junk anyway I'll go to Old Time Pottery or At Home.

Online store shopping is disaster! Their website tells you if you shop above $45 shipping is free and then There is no way to know if the stock is available online, and when I called costumer service they ask me to check nearby store. What is the point of online shopping if I have to call store one by one for my items availability and also go and pickup in store?

Worst Service Ever
November 29, 2018

I placed an order for two pictures two weeks ago. I have spoken with online chat twice to confirm order since I never received a confirmation of the order. They were no help whatsoever to explain why I didn't get any confirmation. I have called two days in a row to try to talk with someone since I need the items next week. Each time I called I left my number for a callback. I never received any callback. After reading these reviews I imagine it is going to be impossible to get these items by next week. I will never shop with them again!
