I purchased a YouTube account through Kinguin, followed all the seller's instructions (changed password, added phone and recovery email), yet only a few days later the account was disabled and became completely unusable. I contacted both the seller and Kinguin support, but instead of providing a solution or replacement, they kept shifting the responsibility back to me. Even after showing proof that the account was disabled by Google due to suspicious activity, the case was closed without resolution. Very disappointing experience – I paid for a product that stopped working within days, received no real support, and was left with nothing. I do not recommend buying such products from this platform.

Ordered two keys, paid using Bitcoin and the payment was fully confirmed on the blockchain within 2-3 minutes of placing the order. Their site claimed delivery would be instant — but I never received anything. Bought an assassins creed for 65 euro's…
Bought an assassins creed shadows for 65 euro's for my xbox series x, code was already redeemed when i told them this my case was just ignored and i still got no reaction. They literally sold me a useless key. They make it sound like it was my fault "Based on our understanding, the key in question has worked as intended, so we cannot consider the product defective and, therefore, are unable to issue a refund." THIS IS FALLS THEY KEY WAS USED BY SOMEONE ELSE THEY SOLD ME A USED KEY I GOT NOTHING WHEN I PUT THE CODE XBOX TOLD ME THEY KEY WAS USED BY SOMEONE ELSE They lie about it being used, with an used key, the key was USED before i bought. They told me it takes 24 H for an answer but this is not acceptable they have a huge Fee for their 24/7 Service and that service is absolutly shxt so i am never buying from this website again just use G2A

Steam Account Stolen

I bought a steam account with a key inside (black mith wukong-order SX466AA5C160) after 2 weeks it was taken away, I can't log in anymore, they changed email and password probably via recovery email, the support is useless (probably bots) in 3 weeks and about twenty messages they asked me the same 2 things several times, only wasting time but not solving anything,
They are on the side of the thieving merchant, obviously it is convenient for both of them to resell the same account many times.
Do not buy steam accounts if you also do not want to waste money and time with the support.

SCAM
November 6, 2024

Ordered black ops 6 through alter gift, well worst possible option ever, DO NOT TRUST THIS. Firstly, the merchant promises he will send the game after 72 hours after purchase. So I added the Battle.net ID of the merchant.

After 72 hours, I messaged the merchant my order ID. Suddenly, he says it will take 92 hours. After all that he says yeah I can't send the game because I reached the gift limits. Just wait another extra day and I will send it to you tomorrow.

You can apply for a refund, I will give back your money instantly. Now guess what, he suddenly went offline or blocked me. Neither did I get my refund or my game.
I tried to contact Kinguin with the live chat, well no real person with only bull$#*! responses without any solution or anything to refund my money back or get another key. Submitted a ticket with no response. Submitted a ticket to complain about the merchant also no response.

Should I take legal actions?

Email was hacked and the hacker used it to sign up to kinguin.net and go on a shopping spree, wanna guess why they used this site. Well apparently according to customer service this site is not responsible for anything on this site. If you are a scammer or thief then this site is a haven for you with no consequences. Naturally that means I was not refunded.

I made a purchase from Kinguin (MSFS*******) in Dec 21, and since the beginning it did not work. After several exchanged mails without any resolution I requested a refund, once I'm entitled to it, according to UE online commerce legislation. Unfortunately till today (one week passed) my issue was not resolved, they keep stalling me new instructions not working and do not provide me with the refund. So I've paid for nothing and my money is not refunded. Along the process I've supplied several screenshots explaining the issue, but unfortunately I believe I'm dealing with a merchant that ignores the rights of the consumer and therefore I can only strongly advise against buying from Kinguin.
I received the answer from Kuinguin, trough a person called Weronika, telling me that the product was used and they do not refund me. I can assure anybody and that will be easy proved that is false, trough the monitoring of any download I could have done from Microsoft Store. Any forensic analysis will prove that I was not able to do any download or install any game ( in fact this was my first use of MS for a PC game) at all and the provided key was not valid since the beginning. I advise for the possibility of being plundered of your money when buying from this company.

They sold me a key that had already been used, with no refund. First purchase from this site and I was immediately scammed.
Looking at all of the other reviews it seems buying on this site is a real gamble, with the chances of actually getting what you pay for becoming increasingly unlikely recently.
Will never give these people my money again, and wouldn't advise anybody else to trust them either.

I bought an office key for mac and it was claimed by someone, most likely the merchant, before I could use it. Kinguin customer support took around 10 days to finally resolve the claim and they say since the key was claimed after purchase, it must be my fault. They work with shady merchants so be careful buying from them as Kinguin will do nothing to help you. Kinguin might look cheap but if you run into any problems, they will screw you over.

Well, well, well... Ordered a game, all pumped up, ready to dive into a new world within 2 hours. Guess what? 20 hours later, I'm still waiting! I started imagining their digital delivery system involves a pigeon wearing VR goggles, getting distracted by digital breadcrumbs. By the time I got the game, I'd already created a whole backstory for this pixelated pigeon and its misadventures! On the bright side, once I finally got to play, the game was worth the wait. But seriously, if you're offering a 2-hour delivery, make sure it doesn't turn into a 20-hour epic saga of its own. Pro tip: Maybe train the pigeon to avoid the Matrix?
