I have ordered an item and after a couple of days the order status did not change from "processing order". I called customer service and they told that it will take at least a week to ship the item. I asked to cancel the order but I was told that it is impossible due to "how fast things are going". What a terrible service!
They don't care if you have a legitimate concern about a purchase. I sent several emails voicing my concern and haven't received any response or acknowledgement of having read my emails. Will never shop rhere again.

Kate spade online sales out of New York is a scam! The customer service reps are trained liars. Kate Spade will never refund for return purchases. The entire leadership are criminals and should be arrested for their elaborate scam.
I am trying to return the things I bought at Kate spade already for 3 months. One of the reason is brexit complications, coupled with very slow, unprofessional customer service. Never ever again I order anything from Kate spade and don't recommend to anyone.
They put a hold on my gift card balance after the website failed to process the order I placed. Called customer service and they told me it would take 3-5 days to reinstate the funds so I wasn't able to re-submit the order during the stated sales period. Customer service could care less and said nothing more they could do. Not a fan of Kate Spade products and just trying to spend the gift card I got but would not shop here again and definitely not recommend to anyone.
They offer Merchandise, you purchase it, they take your money then never send your purchase out! Then when you call they say,"So sorry we couldn't find a carrier in the last 14 days to pick it up and send it to you!" So we sold it to someone else and NOW there are no more! And to make matters even better they were never going to even tell me? The first time I ordered from here it was great! What happened to you?

I absolutely love this website! I did awesome on my first auction and fell in love! Really helps avoid fraud websites and such. I give the website itself five stars, but I ordered from Kate Spade. Everything went smoothly and I received what I asked for. :)
I will never order from Kate Spade again. I ordered the bond sawyer purse during their surprise 75% off sale. I received order confirmation, then I waited... and waited for shipping information. It's been almost a week, and today I received a cancellation notice for the order. When I called to inquire, they told me that they had no way to provide an "out of stock" message. So, they basically oversell their items. Thanks, but no thanks!
Placed an order on 11/19/19 for a tote with a price that seemed to good to be true. A Christmas gift for my wife. On 11/29/19 I get a confirmation email telling me that they are getting my order ready. On 12/7/19 I get an email telling me my order has been cancelled. On calling customer service I am informed my order was cancelled because the item is out of stock. Apparently it takes Kate Spade over a week to determine they have sold more items than they actually had? When I ask if I can get the tote in the other color that was advertised for the same price on 11/29/19, I am informed that the sale has ended. But, I am encouraged to visit the Kate Spade website and purchase something at full price. To me this sounds like the old "bait and switch!" In my opinion, a very lousy way to treat customers!
Over the years I have ordered countless of times on katespade.com and even returned and exchanged many items, never had an issue with the customer service and never had to wait, the agent answered the phone almost immediately once you keyed in your correct selection. The only time I had an issue was about a pair of sunglasses, it could not be repaired because the model had discontinued.
I got my daughter a watch 2 years ago. The band was pink but a couple of months later, it started to lose the color and looked between black and pink. We replaced it, now it started to lose the little stones from the front and they are just moving around the watch when it is moved. Very unsatisfied with the quality!
We ordered a bag, the apartment number was wrong, contacted some one her name was Joanne to correct she said that she can't guarantee we asked her to cancel the order so we can re-submit she said no. Finally they got the money and we have never received the item. UPS said they didn't pick the item and we can't reach anyone who can understand. Really they are horrible and if you want to avoid scam and troubles please stay away!
Purchased a cardigan during surprise flash sale, it was a final sale. A used cardigan was received, pilling everywhere, especially the underarm and cuffs. And the care label was cut off. It was used very obviously. I am very disappointed with their quality and honesty!
I don't even know where to start. So I get an email from Kate Spade informing me of a 40 % sale. I thought this would be a good time to come try the Kate Spade line. As I go through the check out, I look for for the discount to be applied. As I go through the check out process, I noticed no discount was applied. I called Kate Spade and was told the sale ended " yesterday " and although I called to cancel my order within 15 seconds of having accidentally placed it, I couldn't cancel because all sales are final!
The merchandise is here. To make things worse, the wallet that I had used their sizing guide to assure fit the purse that I ordered, is too big for the purse!

I ordered a graduation present for my son's girlfriend last April 13,2017, it broke April 21.2018. I had not received the bag in the mail a year ago and I did not give it as a present until May 2017. But they will not stand behind their product... I'm disgusted and will not buy their products again.

At first I did not receive my package. An investigation has been opened with the carrier. The carrier never gave Kate Spade details, so Kate Spade refuses to help me.
After this first step, Kate Spade asked me to extend the deadline for this investigation. It was supposed to end yesterday, September 15. I haven't heard from Kate Spade. I contact Kate Spade's department today and they tell me they may not get a response today.
I don't have a package. I have no refund.

I will never purchase Kate Spade. I had waited for a KS handbag. My daughter bought a leather wallet for Christmas and my husband thought he got the leather crossbody to go with it. I talked to customer service 3 times and drove over 2 hours two different times. I was told I could return for what I wanted at the KS outlet in Cincinnati. After tell me I can exchange they say " oh we can't exchange that
It wAs bought in the surprise sale". I have explained that each time. I am so upset, I waited forever and no I have a missed matched purse and wallet. I will go with a different line I am o we KS
Ordered a phone cover on line, received a handbag instead, contacted the company to let them know as I am sure the hand bag is more expensive than the phone cover. Should not have bothered, they want me to organize returning the handbag and are telling me that I then need to re-order the phone cover. As I have not made the mistake not really sure why I would need to do this, I would have expected a company like Kate Spade to deliver the correct item and collect the handbag, obviously I was mistaken. There are plenty of companies who are much better to deal with, do not order online from this company
Tried to use my e-gift card to purchase online and it deducted the amount from the gift card but the order was not placed due to network error. Still waiting for refund since 2 weeks and the service is horrible.
Answer: Good luck with that! Once they make a sale that's it. Good luck getting in touch with a person. The brick and mortar store maybe easier to deal with, but the website is the worst. Don't do business with these guys online
