Most people booking cheap airfare only look at the bottom line price and i'm sure most will ignore these ratings but if you're looking for a cheap airline ticket to no where then this is website. Don't expect any customer service, ran into issues with hotel bookings around the pandemic and got absolutely ZERO help from these crooks. Kept hitting me with various fees they would charge. Only interested in bilking money out of users, the absolute worst human beings on the face of the planet, hopefully they go out of business during the pandemic!
I have never been one to slander a company but I am beyond upset with this company! I purchased a ticket for my sister Olga Rene Zayas to get her home. I received emails from this company with my reservations and payment. During the month of July I also received email from justfly.com to let me know that I did not purchase travel, baggage or life insurance. My sisters flight was supposed to go thru JetBlue and leave tomorrow Aug 4. All day today I was trying to check her in for her flight but did not get the email from JetBlue or justfly. I finally called JetBlue to find out the the flight was cancelled on July 18 and that justfly should have notified me on July 19. I called and spoke with a rep who told me that they sent an email but sometimes they have email issues! I asked them to find a flight for her ASAP. The rep comes on and told me that there are no flights for the whole month of August from Sarasota to JFK. I asked if we could move the ticket to Tampa because my sister needs to get home. The rep told me for an additional 325 dollars she could get me a flight. I asked for a supervisor or a manager and was told they do not have anyone there. So I asked for my money back and then I was told I had to pay an additional 25 dollars to get my money back! I never cancelled the flight, I was never notified that the flight was cancelled and they have my email and phone number! I refuse to pay money to get my money back. I will be sure to let everyone know that they cannot trust this company! We researched them on the Better Business Bureau and they have 3 class action lawsuits! All their reviews are the same as my situation. I need someone from this company to contact me regarding this. To top it all off, I received an email from justfly.com verifying my itinerary for my sisters flight tomorrow! Nothing about the cancellation! What is going on with this company?!
The flight i picked turned out to not be available, so this site recommended another similar flight that was not even close to the correct times. So i ended up paying an additional $70 just to change my flight times. If i had just gone on deltas website I would have saved $120.

I was charged a 70$ fee for a ticket cancellation on an airline that was no longer flying out of my city due to covid19. In that case of a national pandemic I feel they, like other companies, should make exceptions to fees for cancellations for circumstances beyond the customers control. They already collected 110$ at the time of the booking so not like they weren't already paid for an unusable ticket. They should be ashamed..
Due to Covid my flight was canceled in April I had to pay a change fee to rebook my flight. Today is July 28,2020 and I was schedule to travel to Guyana on July 30. Justfly did not call/ email me to inform me that my flight was cancelled. After calling they now want to charge me an additional $35 per person in order to receive a credit or to cancel my booking. When asked to speak with a supervisor no one is available. I REGRET BOOKING ON JUSTFLY. PLEASE DONT USE THIS SITE
Easy to find the flight we required for our father and price was fair
Justfly has used the Covid crisis to manipulate fees, overcharge rebooking, and not refund money. My summer trip to Iceland, Norway and Czech Republic they not been refunded my flights even though Norwegian air has said all tickets were refundable. They then charged me a $35.00 fee on the Icelandicair flight and wouldn't allow any of the "flight credit" to be used for anything but the exact flight. When I tried to use that flight credit for a round trip ticket to the same location, Justfly said they would not allow that credit to be used. I have in the past used Justfly for about 20 flights both for business and vacation. Will never again use them as they have cheated and manipulated this pandemic for profits rather than being loyal and helpful to their customer base.
The entire process was really good, no doubts, at the beginning I had in my mind that my booking was going to be a very tired experience like the ones that I experienced with other companies, but At the end of the entire process I delighted with that service.
When I fly I like to keep things quick and easy. This did it for me. Great job team

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
