I was going home to scotland for my mum's birthday, leaving Charleston, South Carolina. I got to the airport and found out my flight had changed. On the email that Justfly sent me at my time of booking it stated that there was no need to confirm, my flight was booked.
The airline changed the flight months before my departure and Justfly did not notify me. Well, not only did I not get to go home and celebrate my mum's birthday which was further stressful given that I am an only child, the company would not give me a refund or give me a replacement ticket. After spending countless hours and numerous days on hold, sporadically talking to Justfly representatives with next to no empathy for me and the situation Justfly created, I was given no refund or new ticket back home.

I found a good deal on justfly.com for an international flight, made a purchase with my credit card. I received a couple of minutes later on my email e-ticket, so it worked out all smoothly and i was very happy with the whole experience, until next day. I received an email "attention required" asking me to contact their customer service within 24h. I contacted them promptly, and i got asked to pay additional $300 for the same ticket. Why? Because airline apparently changed ticket price. I explained that i already got a confirmed ticket (with even seats reserved!), so it didn't make any sense. After lots of debating customer rep acknowledged my point and asked me call back in 2h. On my second call, the same story - lots of explanations, and in the end my only options were to cancel my booking or to pay extra $300. I decided to cancel, but know this, even when cancelling i had to stay on the phone for extra 15min, not sure why it took them so long. Anyway, for me, never again with JUSTFLY.com. Btw, next day i found similar price deal on expedia without any hassle, with different airline.
My boyfriend "didn't arrive early enough" to check into his flight. The plane did not take off, there was plenty of time to check in and get on that flight. They would not move him to a new one, and he called multiple people that all directed him to someone else. In this time someone could have just checked him in and got him on the plane. A thousand dollar flight and a week of plans all thrown away for a travel agency that is insufficient in just getting their customers onto their flight.
I really like saving up on cash when it comes to buying airline tickets which is why I really adore JustFly and their discounts!
I used to be very wary of online travel agencies due to the numerous scams and bad customer service reports I read online but JustFly is as reliable as can be.

It's nice to see a travel agency who doesn't eat up your time and budget. Most of my flights I book here since it is very convenient and fast. No more driving down town and waiting in line for me.
I booked and needed to cancel due to emergency surgery. They told me after sending Dr. Note and Licence they would cancel and rebook. One week later and nothing. I was on the phone with them every day. Every day the same excuse. Please call back tomorrow. I finally booked a new flight with United directly. I checked with Better Business Bureau and found the following. They are fraudulent. Don't use them:

I booked 4 tickets and the departing time came back wrong. They had a cold broken record response in a very hard to understand dialect. "We can change it for a small charge" that small charge came to more the the entire RT flight.
They are unwilling to admit mistakes.
BBB's all over the country have complaints against them.
Due to a clerical error, I was denied access to my flight. Justfly support staff provided no support in my efforts to fix this error so as to be able to board.
I then proceeded to cancel the ticket. I received confirmation that the cancellation had been approved, and was assured that I would receive a partial refund (with penalties charged by the airline, and processing fees charged by justfly).
I booked a flight with another airline, and completed my trip.
Upon my return, I received an email requesting that I contact Justfly. They informed me that I would not be receiving my refund after all. They offered to refund me the transaction fee that they had charged me.
My complaint with Justfly is as follows:
1. Their initial efforts to correct the clerical error were non-existent. It turned out that it might have been possible to fix the error: I needed to contact the carrier directly. I only found this out on the second call to Justfly. Unfortunately, the 40 minutes I spent on hold trying to get through to a justfly agent made it impossiible to take this step in the time that remained before boarding the flight.
2. Their assurance that a refund would be disbursed was false. I was told over the phone that the matter had been resolved. Upon my return I was informed otherwise.
The only conclusion I can draw from this is that Justfly does not honor its commitments. What they tell you will happen has nothing to do with what actually happens. Don't trust them

Bought my tickets, great. Found out thru a friend that the airline cancelled all flights to my destination. Called Justfly, they were not aware if the cancellation. Called airline, Yes, all flights are cancelled. Called Justfly back. On hold for an hour, disconnected. Called back on hold 30 minutes, disconnected. Called back again, on hold for nearly 2 hours. Finally spoke with someone who kept telling me the flight was still available, I told him what happened, told him to call the airline. On hold 10 minutes, yes it was cancelled. What can we do, I asked. He would not book me on another airline, kept asking me if I wanted to change my plans, NOOOOOOOOOOO! Would refund my my money with a 6-8week wait. I told him it was unacceptable. Told him that i wanted to speak with a supervisor. I was told this 24 hour business does not have supervisors at night (really?) I was told that he would inform the supervisors and I would be called the next morning at 9am. By 1030 I still hadn't heard anything so I called back. Only a 3 minute wait this time. Had to start all over with this new guy, same conversation same aggravation. I asked to speak to supervisor and I was told, no, flat out no! I again asked for a sup. Was asked why, they were gonna tell me the same thing he was. I said fine, let them tell me that.

I explained my ordeal for a 3rd time. Then described the treatment by both other "customer service" people. Wow... suddenly I'll have my refund in 7-10 business days.
While it is certainly not these folks fault my flight was cancelled... It is their fault for the way everything that followed went down. I have never dealt with a company who, when asked to get a supervisor, tells you no!?!?!? Will never use this company again!
Just called justfly.com to change reservation dates, was told that it would cost me $475 per person to change the flight from July 3 to Aug 19... my original tickets were $472.
After I accused the company of trying to "rape my wallet", I was hung up on by "Carlos".
Worst company EVER to deal with. Avoid at all costs!

Just started traveling last year. I already visited Peru, Mexico, Morocco, and some parts of the U.S. Most of my tickets were bought from this site.
I almost got in trouble after getting left behind my flight on Dusseldorf. Luckily Justfly was there with cheap tickets.
Bought a ticket which included a meal and some drinks for the same price as an economy flight. Airline was Cathay Pacific
