I have been very pleased with the service provided each time I've purchased my flight tickets here. Simple to use and amazing prices you can't find anywhere else.
The website during the checkout continuously tries to sneak in fees for features normally found free. For example it asks to choose the seats, and charges you extra for it and you can barely tell as the fee shows up very tiny in the bottom right corner. It also continuously hassles you to buy insurance to extend 8 to 24 hour cancellation. It even emails you to buy insurance via email after I checked out already. It's petty and leaves a bad taste.
In the new, and unfortunate, airfare market it is important to have the flexibility to select the ticket class or select upgrades between classes. (such as economy to economy plus). The prices offered on JustFly were lower than other sites, however when trying to modify the class of the ticket with Qantas directly they told me that the ticket is frozen from my agent's side. When calling justfly they said that i may be able to alter the reservation 24 hours past the purchase, i. E. once the reservation cannot be nullified. See the catch-22? No one can help you with the reservation, neither in person or through the automated system online.
I downloaded the app since I often check out JustFly's site. No complaints, the app works just as fast and has a lot of secret discounts!
I've used many different booking sites over the years, and Just Fly usually wins! The customer service is great as well, though sometimes they have very broken English and are hard to understand.
I wish I would have known about Justfly sooner :) ! I have dealt with other 3rd party travel companies and it's always a drawn out booking. This company was very fast and very convienent. Plus I received a confirmation email in like mins after I booked it... which p. S is great for all you last minute travelers.

Do NOT use this company. I did not pay attention to the negative reviews posted on other websites, but please do not trust them! When purchasing plane tickets on JustFly.com, I was originally charged the advertised/original booking price for each passenger (2 total). And then according to my bank statement - they charged me the advertised amount, and then REFUNDED me the advertised amount and instead charged me a HIGHER amount ($200 higher).
I was in such shock at how unprofessional this was. I called them on numerous occasions, and they asked me to send my bank statements, but they would place me on hold and then continue to say they are "investigating the situation." Additionally, I was charged me an additional amount for a seating selection charge, which I did NOT select - even on my email confirmation, it says "Seat Selection. $0.00", but they charged me on my credit card. Please make sure to go to other sites to read reviews about JustFly. I have filed a complaints on BBB, who then specifically advised me NOT to use them again and to use other company's such as expedia, orbitz, etc. Be CAREFUL - you will NOT get your money back. I cannot believe this company is still running after all of these complaints.

Justfly offers the basic needs of a traveler. Flights, hotels and even car hires. I like using their services because they have many options and the booking process is pretty fast. Would recommend using this company.

JustFly had the cheapest roundtrip ticket. I booked it instantly, and never had to call them as there was no need to. I would recommend JustFly for their prices.
Using Justly was a waste of time and money. At the last minute, they changed our flight and left us with an additional 3 hour lay over in which I had to spend one and a half hours on the phone to confirm the change. People very unfriendly, difficult to understand. In the end, did not save any time or money. Would never use this again.

I first learned about justfly when i was having a hard time finding a good flight to Chicago on the agency that i always book with so i asked my sister to help me because she went their a month ago. She told my that i can check the website of justfly. I followed her advice and i was able to find a date that works well with my schedule. I have an inquiry about my reservation. My original reservation was for a St. Louis to Washington DC flight at 12:50 PM and then I changed it to an earlier morning flight at 6:13 AM. When I changed my reservation, the agent on the phone told me that there would be no penalty and no difference for the charge. I am certain that he did not notify me that I would be charged a penalty for changing my reservation. I recall that he kept saying to me that "there is no difference" for changing my reservation. He also stated explicitly that I would not be charged extra. But when I checked my credit card, I noticed that I was still charged 275 dollars, which is nearly twice as expensive as the original ticket. Is it possible to examine the recording of the phone call I had with the agent that took place on April 15th, 2017? I definitely would not have changed my reservation if I knew that I would have to pay a 275 dollar penalty for such change.

It's bad enough that Delta cancelled my flight for April 7,2017 and my daughter and I did not make it to our Carnival cruise out of Galveston, Texas on April 8,2017. Delta cancelled over 300 flights and it was a mess! As soon as I received the cancellation alert on April 6th, I called Justfly.com and Delta Airlines but could not get through. I called Justfly.com very early the morning of April 7, and told them what happened and wanted to see if they could get us out on another flight, but to no avail. So, I let them know that I wanted my money refunded; it wasn't my fault my flight got cancelled. The Justfly.com representative had to verify that my flight had been cancelled and told me that I would get a refund to my credit card within 6-8 weeks. On May 2,2017, I felt like I should follow up, so I called Justfly.com and told the representative that I was following up on the refund and he proceeded to verify that my flight was cancelled. I told him that they had already verified the cancellation of my flight on April 8,2017, and that I was supposed to be getting a refund soon. The representative said that he did not see any information in their systems about a refund! I was not happy! I was on the phone with the representative for several five-minutes increments as he tried to rectify the situation. The outcome was that I am supposed to getting a refund for $471.50 returned to my credit card with in 6-8 weeks. I asked the representative to ensure that their booking system has this information available to the next representative I speak with. Why does it take so long to get a refund?!
