When I selected my preferred flight the page changed with a note" We found a cheaper flight for you" (or similar). Unfortunately I did not notice that the system changed the departure date as well. I did the booking and noticed only on the confirmation that I do not fly on my preferred day.

Trying to get my ticket situation sorted has been a f'g nightmare! I leave in less than 24 hours and I'm still on hold and no solution resolved! I booked my tickets over a year ago. Got a voicemail the other day that the airlines switched one of my arriving terminals in Manila so therefore I'll miss my connecting flight. Called JustFly to notify them everything seems to go smooth! Agents "puts" me on the next flight. Yea so two now three phone calls and 48 hours later I still DO NOT have an updated itinerary in my possession! When I go online to check-in my flights still show the unchanged status, NO NEW FLIGHTS..."sigh"! I was told that they couldn't send me an updated itinerary but it has been changed in their system... LIES YOU TELL! Nothing has been changed and I've NEVER heard of or been told that a company can't send you an updated itinerary! I only give businesses ONE time to $#*! up/lie and that's it! JUSTLFY WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER DIME FROM ME!
So far, I'm quite pleased with the user friendly site and the flight was well piced as compared to other sites. Will not use my ticket until late summer, and expect all to go well.
Pretty good price. Some of the best online, I hope to have more deals suited for 1 or 2 day trips and save bigger then the current rewards.
I missed my flight due to my own external issues regarding my visa and whatnot. I purchased travel protection and everything (I understand that they are two separate entities) but in the end, they wouldn't even let me pay to reschedule my flight. 2 grand gone down the drain. I'm not blaming them because I lost my flight, but I don't see how I couldn't recoup at least SOME of my money or be able to reschedule.

Have used JustFly for my last 2 trips and got great deals with no complications. Very simple setup for bookings.
Booking the flight was easy but the next day when I logon to view my banking activity I see an additional charge for $11.95. I call justfly and was told I was charged that amount for selecting a seat! No mention of the charge on the website they just add it-I won't be using justfly after this!

They have the worst customer service and are super rude in the mix.
I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with a representative and she continuously tried to upsell me on seat security. Upon declining, she did inform me to call the airline after confirmation and request to be seated together. However, what she did not inform me of was baggage check & fees! When I called the airline, their representative noticed that I didn't have any bags reserved and asked me about this. She informed me that I would have to pay an additional $104 per person for bags now that I was already confirmed for the flight, but upon purchasing my flight, there's an option for $32 (that I was never informed of!).
I call justfly customer service back, only to speak with a gentleman who told me that I should have asked the right questions next time. I couldn't believe it! In fact, while I'm on hold for management (over 25 minutes now), I am posting on every travel blog site so that you guys know to avoid this website and their people. No matter how good the price looks. They are the worst!
I had problems getting a flight for my family of 7 as most sites maxed out at 6 but JustFly worked great. Will use again in the future.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
